Massive place at the base of the mountain. Had live music one night and can sit outside (self seating at least in the spring) to bring your own stuff or grab food/beer and enjoy the views and firepit. This is where there are fresh cookies brought out in the afternoon.

Five employees were standing around playing on their phones and nobody would take our order. We asked repeatedly, and they looked up briefly before returning to the phones. Waste of time. Much better options are around rather than paying $30 for a burger here.

The food is good but it’s insanely expensive, $7.50 + tax for a Gatorade feels unbelievable

Powder 8 is a great mid-day lunch lodge for skiers and snowboarders alike. Compared to mid mountain lodges, Powder 8 stands out. Plenty of comfortable seating (never had to make a reservation, and still got to sit down whenever I wanted to), many food options (burgers, chicken, pizza, asian, etc), and live music every day too! When visiting Beaver Creek, I recommend that Powder 8 is the place for you.

Great selection of food and drinks for a “snack bar” atmosphere. It is crazy overpriced, but the portions are huge. Similar to other captive audience places. I would recommend splitting meals. I ate there several times and everything my co-workers and I got we’re good. Not amazing, but good. They also had live entertainment in the afternoons which made it fun for those who were done with the slopes and ready for drinks.

Great apres spot for the whole family. Shannon tanner and steve will keep you entertained with great music and fun and Bryan and Kyle will take care of you at the bar. Great guys all the way around. Also they always have the games on during football season. Can’t go wrong with this place.

Also the beef and noodles they have a pretty dang good to! Great selection of sauces to choose from and I like the fact that you put the sauce on and you get a choice if you want chop sticks!! 🙂

Terrible online presence. I wanted to see what their menu was for lunch after skiing and clicking on the like takes you to Hyatt resort. Guess I won’t be eating there.

Cafeteria style restaurant but overall a very nice place to relax and eat. The inside is quite large with very large tables which is great for all your ski equipment. There’s a full service bar with hard-liquor. The outside seating area is also large with many tables. There’s a live band that usually plays inside.
