Visited Powell’s Family Restaurant this morning. Fast friendly service. Coffee was hot and good. Standard breakfast fare, nice lake vibe, good biscuits and gravy, nice place to stop. We recommend this place.

Clean homey atmosphere, we came in for breakfast. The first thing I liked was the clean menus we received. The gentleman who took our order did a great job. There were five of us yet the food was served quickly. Everything was absolutely perfect. Every omelet, fried potato, biscuit, egg and slice of toast was perfect. Very reasonable prices. We will definitely stop here again!

We just waited a half hour and watched Bill serve other people before us. Not sure if it was because we have a child with us but how rude! We didn’t get acknowledged, menus, not even a hello. Sad thing is, we’ve been there before and enjoyed it. I guess he serves his friends first. Shame on you!

Small quaint place to eat at. Bill was superb and friendly. Food was very good, my husband is a American Fries foodie and absolutely loved the way they made them 🙂 we also purchase some wood working items and very pleased with them!
