I’ve never ordered a meal I’ve been disappointed in. I’ve been obsessed with the Poke bowl for months now. I order weekly. It comes straight to my door by super friendly delivery who take the time to even call me when I don’t answer rather then toss is at my door. Well packaged , extremely fresh ingredients! Let me tell you this meal prep service is life changing. As someone who LOVES to cook, i hesitated when pulling the trigger to try it! I’m so glad I did! I was desperate for variety & now I have it while also keeping within my required macros for the day! The food is AMAZING I feel like I’m eating out every meal! And it makes my life so much easier with my unique work schedule as a flight attendant! I love Power Fit meals, our community is lucky to have them!

Kayla and the staff are awesome! Power Fit Meals give me no excuse why I can not have a healthy meal. I have been ordering with them for a long time now. They have accommodated to all my food allergy needs and any new eating plan I get on. They taste great, healthy and cheaper than the premade foods in stores. They have delivery option incase I am not able to pick up. Everything is quick, easy and convenient.

Words are not enough for how incredibly grateful I am to Kayla and her team!!!! I have spent the last year feeling awful, a lot of postpartum depression, unable to lose weight, i stopped living. Kayla changed my life. I’m in tears as I write this because of how thankful I am to the amazing change she has brought into my life. Not only am I losing weight, but I FEEL ALIVE again. Each morning I wake up feeling more and more energetic, more focused, more HAPPY. Today I danced with my husband and son in the kitchen while we made his breakfast together, we laughed, we kissed, we lived our life. It’s amazing how much diet can effect the way we feel. I have been seeking medical help with my depression when all my body needed was to eat healthier. Her food tastes amazing, she listens to everything i say and makes changes in a instant, following her meal plan has not only been effective and affordable but life changing. I had tried it all before power fit meals, Atkins, nutrilife, fresh n lean, doing it myself none of it worked and was so hard to follow. Thank you so much Kayla for changing my LIFE!!!!!

I’ve been getting meals from power fit meals for a little over a year now and I don’t know what I would do without them! Meal planning and prep has always been the hardest part of staying healthy. Working out every day is easy. Cooking good food that is healthy is hard and I haven’t had a meal that I didn’t like. I also have a lot of food sensitivities and I’m able to customize all of my meals to fit my needs. Thanks for keeping me out of the lunch time drive thru!

My husband and I have been getting our meals from Powerfit for about a year now. We love having our meals already prepped and measured out for us. When life is so hectic all we have to do is open the fridge and pull a meal out and not worry about what is in it. Love this place, never got a meal I didn’t like!
