The food was good and the service was very friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced for a fresh, healthy meal. The portions were a little small and I personally don’t like heating my fresh, healthy food (or any food) in plastic containers in the microwave, but if you stop by and want hot food… that’s your option here.

Most of the food is not great but decent for the nutritional value. However, the price on the food is absolutely outrageous. Average of $10 per meal!? I get the convenience factor but holy cow this stuff is expensive. I will say that the staff has always been extremely helpful and kind. They’re definitely not the ones setting the prices but they’re really nice folks. I think $5 a meal is fair.

Love love love this place! The employees are wonderful and food is amazing! I just had a philly cheese steak bowl under 400 calories and it was actually a big portion. I rarely don’t add seasoning, cheese or something to meals I buy but this one was already perfect!

I like Power Plate Meals as a concept, but they really need to improve on their delivery method. When I dont have time to prepare food for the week, I would typically go to their store to purchase food and it was okay. Most of the time they were out of meals I was interested in. I tried online ordering this week and it’s very inconvenient that it doesn’t arrive Monday. Its Tuesday night and UPS keeps delaying my delivery window so now I have to find something else to eat for dinner. For someone who wants to utilize this service on a weekday basis (Monday through Friday) it’s not built for that.

So happy with PPM! Their has yet to be a meal I don’t care for. Love the easiness of preparation and being able to scan the meals into my app. Everyone has been so kind when I’ve picked up meals and knowledgeable. Great concept!
