Power Plate Meals is a great option for any busy individual. I use their meals for lunch and dinner most days due to the convenience. I am ready to eat after heating up my meals for 2 minutes in the microwave. I love how the menu changes every 2 weeks so I can get more variety and I like the range of proteins they use in their meals; it makes hitting my protein goals each day much easier.

I have been going to this location for years now and I can tell you that I have yet to be disappointed. If you track macros/calories you can easily scan their meals into MFP which makes eating healthier so much easier. I love their protein popcorn! Their menu changes every two weeks so their is always a new menu item to try out. I have nothing negative to say, good food, good macros and variety of options!

As a travel RN working here in Minnesota, I found that I was wasting money buying at the grocery store; furthermore, as a person who is health conscious I came across this business online and picked up a dozen meals to take to work and to make at home after working long hours.. I have been very pleased so far and wish I would have found this business sooner as I’ve been here almost a year. Thank you for making it easy for me to eat healthy and affordable meals daily! Definitely would recommend! The only downside I would like to note is that the webpage is hard to navigate through to find locations locally.. I ended up going out of my way initially but was informed of closer locations from the salesperson so I appreciate that! ☺️

I usually don’t write bad reviews but I have had multiple issues with the quality and freshness of these meals. On time, I order 7 bbq brisket and sweet potato mash bowls. I heated them up before the expiration date. As they were warming up, I noticed a foul rotten smell. Took it out and smelled the sweet potato mash and broccoli and it smelled rotten. My family members in my house complained about the smell. This was terrible. I informed them of this issue as well. I decided to give it another shot a couple months later. Same issue occurred. I got a meal with broccoli in it and the broccoli smelled rotten and foul. Mind you, these were fresh meals that I had frozen the moment I bought them and used them before the expiration date. I Took them out the freezer the next day and they smelled rotten and foul. This was disgusting. I had to throw away these meals. Waste of my money. You would think after I informed them that it would get better. It didn’t get any better. Do not purchase from here. You’re better off meal prepping for yourself or finding another meal prep service. I’ve had the worst experience with these meals.

I was in the process of eating my beef and broccoli meal when I almost started choking on something hard. I ended up pulling a piece of plastic out of my mouth! I understand mistakes do happen so I kept on eating my meal. When all of a sudden I noticed another piece of plastic in the food, this time, a bigger piece. This could have been a very bad situation if I had swallowed the plastic. Safe to say I won’t be ordering meals from Power Plate Meals anymore!!
