One of my favorite businesses and business owners around town. Amanda is just COOL and helpful. I go here often, daily and enjoy the shakes to the protein teas. Pretty much haven’t been disappointed in anything I’ve received. I’ve lost 5 lbs so far just from her shake plan. Amazing teas and meal replacement shakes that fill you! Tons of flavors that taste fantastic. I stick to the thin mint shake and mango peach tea but plan to try others. Been there twice now and plan to make it a regular to my list when on the go. The owner is really nice and the shop is super clean. Worth a try!!!

Let me say I am not a health nut in fact if it’s healthy it usually means it’s nasty. That being said I was working out front of their business, and went in, fully expecting to make a donation purchase, being that we were jackhammering in front of their business. What I got amazed me, orange sunrise tea with H3O, I have no idea what’s in it, but feels like I did a line of coke back in the 80s. Tasted amazing and gave me a nice kick to get me through my day.
