They have healthy, ready to go meals inside, but you can also order cooked food by the pound if you want to make your own meals. Their staff is also super friendly and helpful.

If you’re looking for a convenient healthy breakfast, lunch, or even dinner. This is the place to go! They have a fairly large variety of foods and also have the macros on the label if you are tracking your calories. The staff is always super friendly and will help you in whatever they can, and if they can’t help they will get you on the right path to help. This place is great!!

Great healthy solution at an affordable price. Both things i had were ok but I have had better meal prep. The attendant didn’t really know what the food contained and labels are under the tray and almost illegible do you can’t really see ingredients. You can’t flip them over with it making s mess of things to read them, going if distorted and blurry. Couldn’t find info on their website either if you are trying to order online you order blind.

Fast food has been making me physically ill for quite some time now. I tried Prep’d based on a friend telling me about it. The food is absolutely delicious, I don’t feel sick to my tummy. They fill you up. The caloric and other stats including heating directions are stated on the dishes. Oh and did I say delicious! The Owner and staff are just lovely people so helpful, kind, and pleasant! Thank you! The price is on point! THIS IS MY NEW FAST FOOD! Taking back my life with Prep’d!

I’ve been a customer now for a little over a month. I wanted to wait until I’d had a handful of orders before I reviewed Prep’d. First of all the most important thing is the food. And the food is great. The meals I have tried have all been really good. I’m especially fond of the chicken enchiladas. But everything else is wonderful. They also put all of the nutritional information on the food labels, so you know how to prepare your daily intake if that’s a concern.
