Everyone was very nice and helpful when ordering. The coffee was pretty good. I got the Avalanche, my husband got the American and we got the Cristo for our kids to share. Our waffles were pretty gummy in texture and overly sweet. I was hoping it would be a bit more savory with the egg and sausage but it was just way too sweet and I couldn’t eat much of it. It’s a bit pricy for what you receive as well. They offer free water at the counter but they give you a very small cup and there were several people trying to get water and move around people ordering.

I grew up in Castle Rock, so when I heard there was a dedicated waffle shop that wasn’t a certain “house” in downtown I was ecstatic, and I had every reason to be the food came out hot and to order in a very reasonable time. The staff was super friendly and had recommendations on how to enhance our waffle experience. For the waffle itself it is incredibly dense and filling, and the topping we ordered perfectly paired with it. I absolutely recommend them and will be eating here again.
