Glad we made a point to eat here. The chicken sandwich was delicious (especially with the slaw) as well as the fries. We didn’t expect much from the fries but they stood on their own. We ordered chicken pieces with a medium spice and found it a little too hot for us. If we are back in the area, we will be back. Definitely get here before the lunch rush as it picked up while we were there. I can truly understand why it gets busy.

We have been coming to pretty bird about once a week since it opened. Over the last month we have noticed the size of all the items being significantly smaller actually about half the size they used to be. The sandwich used to be so big that the chicken was spilling out of the bun it was picturesque now the chicken barely fills the bun. It used to be the star of the show. The jumbo tenders are no longer jumbo, they are now half the size they used to be and there is now much less breading on both the chicken sandwich and tenders. The crispy breading was the best part and now it’s gone and we are left with seasoned chicken which the quality has also gone down on notably. The tenders used to be so crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I would rather pretty bird raise there prices 10 times then let the quality suffer like this. They still get five stars because they are the best hot chicken place in Utah, the seasonings are unmatched, the sides and sauces are amazing, they have the best staff and the customer service is always outstanding and so efficient. We just know how good this place can be and we are sad to see it slipping.

First impression of this place was that is was very dirty when we walked in, every table had food/drinks debris on it. Chicken tender portions are way to big in my opinion, easily can split with two people. I did not like that fries are being stored under heat lamp during lunch service and I understand the thought behind it however if your paying $20 a person for tenders and fries they better be fresh.

The chicken is good but this was the most expensive chicken sandwich I’ve ever bought and then they want a tip when they don’t take your order and they refuse to tell you that they don’t even fill the drink cup for you. What am I tipping for? They didn’t even deliver the food with a smile on thier face. The Dr pepper was out and it took me 2 minutes to get anyone to even acknowledge me standing there asking for help. So disappointing that they can make great chicken sandwich but then just have 0 intrest in custom experience.

We had Pretty Bird cater a work event for us. Everything was delivered, on time, hot, and with everything we needed. Strips, nuggets (both served mild and medium) with lots of sauces. My husband heard about this places, so we had to give it a try. It’s very nice and modern atmosphere. They have tablets set up to place your order. No need to stand in line and have someone take your order. The only thing we found with ordering, the tip was automatically selected. Instead of going to a next step and asking if you want to leave a tip. (Like most places do).
