You should coach your team members that the customer is important and how a business stays in business. Everyone that works here is so rude and doesn’t care about anyones time but their own. I come here semi-regularly since I work in the mall and I’m always flabbergasted by their customer service.

The Workers were very rude to my fiancé. She paid for sauces and never received them. Then they gave attitude when we asked for sauce and said there’s only 2 of us. Very unprofessional. Telling customers to be patient.

Guy kept screaming he couldn’t get my name and then cursed and ask another employee to help cause he couldn’t freaking get my name his words too and he is supposed to be supervisor I can at 4:50 on Monday 20 hopefully higher authority talks to him on what customer service is. Great food great people nice employees especially Alexis, people need to remember its not a restaurant its fast food, it’s not the employees responsibility to cater to guest once they’ve bought and got there order that’s it. So you people with bad reviews if you want a place to cater to you go to a restaurant not a fast food place. And don’t put down nonsense that’s not true cause they didn’t come wipe the corners of your mouth or escort you to a table, it’s fast food you get your food then go in your way, I’ve never had a bad experience there the foods always good I’ve always been treated good.
