We happened upon Prevo’s while looking for nearby food driving the interstate and my goodness was it the right call to stop!! Everything was beyond delicious, generous portions, fair pricing, the place was cute and clean, and the people were so nice! There’s plenty of seating and plenty of parking as well.

Great food, friendly service, excellent selection. Had the cowboy burger, cooked to perfection, others had the Cuban sandwich, and hot chicken sandwich w/ bacon, and everyone was impressed with their meals and stuffed! Sweetened tea was nice. Would definitely stop here off the i-90 regularly.

Great local diner, CASH only, at this point-so you know (ATM on site though), but hearty sandwiches, delicious burgers, great prices, wonderful staff/owners, fun atmosphere, glad it’s in the Canastota area! Eat and then visit Great Swamp Conservancy for a trail walk!

Server was not very cheerful. I believe she was the owner. She hung out in the kitchen most of the time. This was the second time we’ve been there since they opened. The first time was phenomenal. Also the prices for Canastota NY are pretty steep. A BLT should NOT cost $10.95. Will go again, but cannot make it a weekly visit due to prices

Absolutely gorgeous place. Food came quickly and was delicious. Better wings than most bar and grills. It’s a shame that the bridge from the highway is closed, the place doesn’t seem to get a lot of business anymore because of it.

The food took almost 45 minutes and all we ordered was a simple salad, side of fries and a grilled chicken sandwich. Our waitress seemed very busy and was doing too much, they need more staff. She wasn’t very friendly, ignored me when I said “ mam” and looked right at me and went to the back. She acted like we were a bother to her, which is why she didn’t get a high tip. We spent almost 34.00 dollars to feel like we weren’t wanted, won’t ever be back.

Can’t count the number of times I’ve been there but excellent service and food every time. Have had just about everything on their menu and it was never a disappointment. Particularly fond of the chicken broccoli alfredo, the hamlet sandwich, the bacon and cheddar burger and the hand cut fries. But honestly, you won’t get a bad meal regardless of what you choose. Take out is a nice option too.
