The pizza is ok, not all of the cheese was melted while parts of crust were burnt (which I like), so a little uneven. The wait wasn’t long but you need to hope you are in the mood for pizza when you walk by because they seem to have random hours, I see them closed more often then I see them open.

My visit to this place was a huge disappointment. Despite relying on their Google hours, they were inexplicably closed the whole day, leaving us unable to enjoy their supposedly amazing pizzas. The lack of notice about the closure only added to the frustration. It’s disheartening to see such inconsistency, making it impossible to trust if they’ll be open when we plan a visit. Regrettably, I can only give them one star as their unreliable hours and poor communication left us with a wasted trip and a negative impression.

It was really good, thin crust with just right amount of toppings – the hamburger and cheddar. Service was surprisingly very quick – even though it was lunch hour. We enjoyed the cool, fresh air on the patio.

Amazing quality pizza from a food truck! While I’ve had terrific wood-fired artisan Neapolitan style pizza at many different places, this is a first for a food-truck. The pies are smallish, 10 inch pizzas with a good balance of toppings, cheese and sauce, very good sauce I might add. For the quality the prices are great ranging from $7-$10 for most pies with gluten free and vegan options available. The simple Margherita is a classic place to start, Love the fresh basil. The Mediterranean is another favorite and they usually have a special featured pie worth trying. Great little patio with fans or heaters depending on the season and a couple of excellent neighbors offering ice cream and crepes.
