My husband and I visited on 2/10 fpr our anniversary and did we enjoy everything about Prime 225. Our waitress Kayla was awesome. The GM manager Frank personally came over to check on us and introduce himself which I thought was a nice touch to assure we were satisfied. We are already looking forward to visiting again. Definitely will be telling everyone to try it. Truly a hidden gem!

There is nothing worse than going out for what you expect to be a perfect meal just to get mediocre food, shotty service and an extreme bill. Tonight’s date night at Prime 225 delivered!!! My husband and I enjoyed our first experience tonight. Everything was fantastic! Food, beverages and service was 5 star! If you are searching for a pristine restaurant that offers an excellent dining experience, then go to Prime 225. Definitely make a reservation and request Heather! We live in Perryville and will drive past North East out to Chesapeake City each and every time we want a five star fine dining experience!

We ate there Friday, 7 April 2023. This place never disappoints. Courtney, our waitress, she was absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable on the menu. We didn’t have to ask her for anything because she knew what we needed when we needed it.

We were celebrating a birthday and had a big group… The Prime team went above and beyond to make our celebratory event a perfect and wonderful occasion…not to mention 10+ separate dinner orders for all our guests. That takes a well-run “front of the room” just as much as a well-run kitchen to get all our meals out at the same time and they were hot and more so delicious! The wait staff were so attentive from wine and cocktails to dessert… Could not ask for a more delicious and memorable fine dining event than what Prime 225 gave us all! 5-Stars all day long… Bravo, Prime 225 team!!

WOW! Chesapeake City isn’t exactly a bastion of culinary expertise but Prime 225 absolutely hits it out of the park! Make a reservation or don’t bother showing up, including the bar. Seating is limited so the feel is intimate but homey too. The wait staff were friendly and helpful, exactly what you would expect in this type of restaurant. Let’s face it, it’s all about the food with a restaurant and Prime delivers. The menu has more than enough to satisfy all different tastes, their wine menu is consummate with the food menu and the prices are in-line with the quality of the food you get. We shared a couple of appetizers at our table, the crab dip and oysters were outstanding. I had the tuna and a bite of my sons filet, both were superior to pretty much every other restaurant that isn’t a high end steak house. If you live in the area you already know Prime, if you’re passing through or vacationing anywhere within 25 miles of Chesapeake City, make a reservation, your tastebuds will thank you.

Our first time trying Prime 225. There were many amazing things and some were just ok. The menu has a backlight which is brilliant. The she crab soup was ok but not as light and creamy as we’ve had from the south. The crab dip seemed more like a queso. It had a good flavor but it was different than expected. Scallops were very good. The crabcake seemed fried even though I asked our waitress if they broil them and she said they did. I’d pass on it next time for that reason. Two of us got the prime rib and they said it seemed to need more seasoning. The star of the night was the A5 Wagyu. Oh my it was amazing. Could have used more salt but definitely worth the $180. Desserts were the brown Betty, beignetts and chocolate brullee. All were excellent.

Google is asking me to update this review, but it’s making me do a new one. OK.

Went to Prime last night and had the best meal I have had in probably 5 or 6 years. Our filets were not only the best cut of beef we have ever had, but cooked medium rare to absolute perfection! Will be back and so happy that we decided to go! Keep up the great work!

We have been here multiple times and each time it is one of the best meals we’ve ever had. We’ve brought multiple people and they all have left saying the same thing. Highly recommend. Only downside is it’s a really small and tight space, so have to make reservations in advance.

The food was delicious, one of the best Caesar salads I’ve had and the service was good, my only complaint is the place is very small, like 8-10 tables, but that also made it more personal because it wasn’t busy, but I’m sure when its packed you’re probably ontop of each other, very pricey but worth it. I didn’t want to eat my desert it was so pretty. All in all great place. After my next bank robbery I’ll be returning.
