Best restaurant experience ever. Went two nights in a row during our honeymoon because we couldn’t get enough of the food, service, and ambiance. The salmon, dry boat scallops, Wagyu steak, and Mac n Cheese were incredibly flavorful. The staff is absolutely personable and will treat you in a way you won’t forget. Big thanks to Michelle, Cathia, Manager Tony, Chef Michael, and their team for the exquisite food and wine adventure.

Prime 54 is a top-notch steakhouse that is sure to impress. As someone who doesn’t often eat steak, I had high expectations, and I was not disappointed. Our waiter was knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. The wine connoisseur helped us choose the perfect wine to accompany our meal. The lobster bisque was a great start to the meal, and the sides – mac & cheese and caramelized bok choy – were seasoned perfectly. The star of the show was the filet mignon, cooked to perfection. I highly recommend Prime 54 for a special occasion or a fantastic dining experience.

Overpriced for food quality. I don’t often leave a $350 + restaurant for 2 adults and 2 children displeased. I was very disappointed with my NY Strip. It was not very tasty. The Octopus appetizer was ok, and the Brussels sprouts were not all cooked enough. My husband enjoyed his beef tenderloin. Service and atmosphere were ok.

Service was pleasant and steak was beyond this world. We shared the tomahawk steak which was more than enough for two people. We got a bottle of Malbec to go with the meat and a side of Mac and cheese. The steak is a generous portion for two people, so definitely don’t order appetizers and many sides. We had a few bites of the bread, finished half of our Mac and cheese side and almost finished our steak (packed the last two pieces + the m&c for later).

If you’re staying at the fountainblea, this is a great place to eat if you want a good steak. Beautiful restaurant, it has an upscale atmosphere. Very nice.

Greeted by the hostess and taken to the bar where I requested to seat. Most places just send you to the bar on your own. David was a great host from his food suggestions to providing a great dining experience. Ordered the shrimp cocktail, nice presentation and excellent tasting shrimp. The dry aged steak was cooked to perfection and had a delicious flavor. The steak fries were amazing, hot and crispy. The atmosphere has a great vibe and the bar was a fun time. Will be back to dine here again!

Overall great. My boyfriend says the Wagyu strip was the best he’s ever had. Service was great. Amazing for dressing up and having a date night. We will keep revisiting every time we’re back in Miami. Side note: definitely recommend over Smith and Wollensky.
