The service was top-notch. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was also great. So clean and loved the lighting. The food prices were not terrible for the establishment, and menu choices allowed us plenty of options. Unfortunately, the flavor of the food wasn’t anything exciting. My husband ordered a beer from the bar and had an extremely large head on it and was warm. When we ordered the second beer, he nicely asked for a chilled cup, but the next beer also had a very large head on it. Half the glass was just foam. The steak was a very good cut and was cooked perfect, and the marsala sauce was ok but could have bumped up the flavor. All in all, it’s not going on our eat again list.

I was invited to this margarita dinner event and about half an hour before we arrived I read the review for the margarita dinner event that happened a few days ago. So with that said, the bar was on the floor. But, I was hopeful that they had time to reflect and revise based on the past review and my party would have an amazing time.

on 04/30/23 my family and i had dinner reservations for the family room.. when we first got there everything seemed decent, besides me noticing that every chair they had at our table looked extremely dirty.. water stains and actual dirt on the chairs? looked like they came up from someones basement. but anyways fast forwarding to the actual dinner. our reservation was orginally made for “around 20 ppl” i believe 26 people showed up.. i also gave our server a heads up an told her i think more people were coming. she seemed nice but very unorganized when handling all of our orders an getting our food out. appetizers for all of us came out at different times. mine and my husbands came out an hour after my cousins appetizers. very awkward set up. then when we ordered entrees i asked the server if she could try to have all our food come out together she said she would “try”… it took almost TWO HOURS for all our entrees to come out. we were all wondering where the heck our food was and then when it DID come; for the ones that ordered steaks NONE of us got the steak orders we asked for. some of us asked for Medium/Medium Well/ Well done steaks and kid you not EVERY steak came our RARE. i was so disappointed because the sides were good but i couldn’t enjoy the main part of the dish that i waited 2 hours for! i even sent my steak back to be recooked an it seemed like the brought the same exact steak back LOL. when i mentioned it to the server she said sorry they had a different “sous chef” in that night or something…. idk but it was like he ignored all our orders an all our requests when it came to our entrees. when the server came back with our bills she dropped them off at our seats and we didnt see her again… we werent sure if she was going to come back to collect the bills or if we had to go to the host stand to pay? so we all lined up at the host stand paying our bills. ive heard great things about this place so thats why i made reservations here originally.. but my experience with my family was only decent because we made it to be! the service here was not good quality and im disappointed in our food orders from that night. below i posted pictures of my “well done” steak and the chairs we all had to sit on.

The chef did a wonderful job with the food. The waitstaff was horrible that Sunday evening. I’m not sure what was wrong with this individual, but they forgot to bring out the salad. They perhaps were just starting a new job there. The food was fantastic, the plate serving was adequate and there desert was great. I would return again to see how the service is and really make a decision if I will come back in the future.

Seriously the best restaurant experience I’ve had in a while. Service was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was really comfortable and romantic. The food was impeccable. Also, amazing portions for what it is. Very impressed.

The experience here was amazing, the staff, especially serena, was PHENOMENAL! They helped me execute my mom’s birthday Celebration perfectly. The drinks were strong, but still delicious. The food was amazing, especially my lobster burger pictured below YUM. The only complaint I could say is that the baked potatoes were undercooked. The food was overall 8/10 Thank you for your kind service and hard work during these crazy times.

This is definitely one of those classic restaurant/banquet facility combos, attached to a hotel, that has great food, but could use a little updating, both inside and out. We were sat immediately, the food was wonderful, and the service was decent, too. Chairs were uncomfortable. Prices were on par with most other eateries in that genre and area.

I was brought here as an early birthday lunch and I was disappointed to see how dirty the utensils were. Both my friend and I had dirty silverware – hers was worse than mine. The food was delicious and it didn’t take too long to cook but no one wants to see dirty silverware. It should be looked at properly before wrapping in napkins and put on the tables for guests to eat with them.

Went to a tasting at for their New Mexican restaurant. It was the most embarrassing event I have ever gone too. The event started at 7, we weren’t severed the first dish until after 8. This was supposed to include 5 drinks abs 5 taco dishes. When we told the waitress after the second dish was served that this was awful she explained they were expected to cook, serve and pass drinks. It was absolute worst $40 I have ever spent. There was a small water bottle given to some tables and large given to others. We asked for more water multiple times and we’re told they didn’t know where to find it. This was with serving 5 strong margaritas. I will not be surprised if some people don’t make it home without a ticket. Or worse.

Awesome experience here for a rehearsal dinner with a large and loud group. Service was exceptional and professional. My steak was cooked to perfection, modifications were not an issue.
