Probably the best burgers we’ve had in Montgomery County! We stopped in for lunch after church and were so impressed. The wait staff was attentive, the chairs are super comfy and the food was absolutely delicious. My husband had the Bistro Burger and I had the Bison Burger and they were both outstanding. My husband added the candied bacon to his and mine had bacon jam on it made with the candied bacon and it was SO good! It added a tiny bit of sweet with the salty. Just YUM! The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We will definitely be going back this weekend to try out their dinner menu.

WOW is all I can say! We hosted our son’s rehearsal dinner here on 12-17-22 and it was simply amazing! The food was stellar!! We all had the bistro salad – so yum with candied pecans, goat cheese and homemade vinaigrette; and a choice of prime filet with garlic mashed potatoes, red snapper with mango salsa or lemon pepper chicken with sautéed veggies. All three offerings were so delectable – one of the best steaks I’ve ever eaten! The dessert was a white chocolate bread pudding that was amazing! We had a group of 40 people and this small restaurant pulled off this dinner flawlessly! Melanie was so delightful to work with prior to the event – she provided great assistance to me and was so organized and helpful. The entire staff was so friendly and courteous – that’s rare to find nowadays! I cannot recommend this sweet restaurant enough – go, you will not be disappointed!!

Very limited menu, your steak choices are either a filet or a ribeye. My daughter and I had one of each. We ordered the garlic mashed potatoes and they were just plain bland potatoes. The steaks were middle of the road, my daughter’s filet was to be medium well and it was medium rare. The fried deviled eggs were pretty good. The sweet tea was not. The server was very nice and attentive. For the two of us the bill ran around $85 with a tip. Won’t be back

We found ourselves in Conroe on a Friday evening, and we were looking for a place to eat that wouldn’t involve waiting for a table. Prime Bistro was able to sit us promptly at a very comfortable table. The drinks we ordered were reasonably priced and delicious. Our food came out in a reasonable time, and was quite tasty. Overall, we were very pleased with everything about our meal…good food, good service, and at a very reasonable price. I really don’t understand why they weren’t busier than they were…it’s a wonderful restaurant. If we were closer, it would be a regular stop for us. If you’re in the Conroe area, you really should give it a try!
