When you’re a restaurant with the word “Burger” in the title, im expecting some good burgers. Prime didn’t deliver that for me. Don’t get me wrong, the service was good and the menu offers a ton of options. But the burger I ordered tasted like something from a chain establishment. A frozen patty that didn’t offer much flavor. I know, I sound like your typical jerk online food critic, but this area is packed with some fantastic burger restaurants. For those prices, you gotta give me more than a frozen premade patty.

Came in here a few months ago shortly after they opened. Not going to lie the first time I was disappointed with the temperature of my burger. I ordered a burger medium well and it came out blue. Fast forward a few months and I decided I wanted to give Prime Burger another shot due to only being once prior with a poor experience shortly after they opened I figured they have some wrinkles that needed to be ironed out. Now I cannot say enough good things about this place! Have been in the past two Saturdays and the consistency is on point! The Fried Calamari with the chipotle sauce is to die for. It is lightly battered so it’s not soggy or anything when it comes out of the kitchen. The burger is beautifully seasoned and has the perfect amount of lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. The wait staff is always friendly and helpful, never do I have to ask for a refill on water which I love. Right when they see the glass half empty, they come and fill it right up. Haven’t spoke to the owner but he seems to be very passionate and helpful with his staff which I love to see. I’ve been in the restaurant business before and have only experience owners that like to act as dictators, but when the kitchen gets backed up Enzo is in the back coordinating and getting his hands dirty along side his kitchen staff. This is my go to spot every Saturday without a doubt now! Enzo, I hope you read this and want you to know you have done a fantastic job with this restaurant and I’m beyond happy I gave your restaurant another chance! Best burgers around and it is not even close!

Came here for lunch and it took forever for us to even get water, despite the place being mostly empty. I noticed another family leaving because they hadn’t been served yet as well. There was one waiter for the whole place and I honestly felt bad for the kid. Just shows horrible management.

The name of the restaurant is deceiving. The name makes you think of only hamburgers but this restaurant is so much more. The inside is beautiful. The patio is appealing. The menu is very good but could use a few more choices. Male waiters which give the restaurant a certain panache. Service was good as was the food and plenty to take home. We did not have the hamburgers but they were huge and looked delicious as all of the dishes did as we saw them being served.

First visit here 7/2. Burger was well seasoned and cooked to my specifications. The bun was substantial enough to support the burger which really pleased me. Can’t stand it when I have a great burger with a flimsy bun. Truffle fries were delicious and generously portioned. Will be back.

We have gone 3x already to see if it was truly good. It is, Giovanni and Enzo are attentive to guests, the portions are right. Many places over serve mediocre food, they do it right. Real good portioned meals. The service is outstanding especially for a new restaurant. Out of the gate, it is now one of our favorite restaurants.

This is not your typical “burger joint.” Prime Burgers is a very nice, fully equipped restaurant and bar with an extensive menu with great appetizers, burgers, and entrees. The burgers were slightly on the pricey side but 100% worth it for what you get. You can tell the meat is completely fresh and prime rated meat. Overall the service and food is great, I would highly recommend giving them a visit.

Beautiful place. I’m just a little confused with the menu. Not your average burger bar to say the least. Menu is mostly seafood /Italian. I’ve had 3 different burgers from there and wasn’t too impressed with any of them. I’ll take a Plan B, or Five Guys over theirs any day. Wings were nothing to write home about either. Recommend they either step up their burger game or change the name.
