The service for this restaurant is very slow. A group of 3 of us show up for lunch around 12p. There was only one other party in the entire restaurant. I ordered a full rack of ribs for lunch, but was informed by the waitress 45 minutes after I placed my order that the ribs wouldn’t be available until after 5p that evening. Are you kidding!?! I ordered a plain cheeseburger instead because the menu stated that the beef was ground fresh daily. Approximately 30 minutes later, our food came out. The burger was far from ground that day. It was most certainly a patty they pulled out of the freezer and grilled.

i like this restaurant .however, there are a few problems, but First the staff seems nice like tonight (1/6/13) my waiter was helpful,friendly, seemed like a well trained staff member. So my first problem is some of the other staff are not dressed professionally i seen a girl wear a somewhat revealing top, and yoga pants not very professional. When I come to this establishment i always order half rack of ribs with chipotle sauce the last two times i got just regular bar-b-q . The ribs were tough to the point my wrist was hurting from digging . and chopping at the ribs. If this place improved it would be a real bis hotspot especially during sporting events

DONT WAIST YOUR TIME! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Ive tried to eat here on five different occasions. Was only successful twice. Had to walk out after setting at the bar for atleast 30min w/o getting a drink order in. It has never been busy when I was there. Eight other costomers….max. the two times I did actually get service here the strip was way under cooked and took them an hour to get it out. The next time I ordered prime rib thinking it would have to be quicker……same hour but way over done. I would like to give prime a zero star but dont think u can do it on this.

This was the worst meal I had in ten years at a steak house. Next time I will go to Mc Donald’s. Steak half fat, potatoes suck, broclli in cooked, beer flat. Don’t waste your time or money.
