We ordered $40 in food the driver and will take an hour he finally gets to the house and doesn’t have the whole order. We than called and were told they’d make the rest of the order but it will be another hour for the remaining order. After 45 mins we call AGAIN and they said I’m sorry it’s a busy night, then a second later are told we live in the country (15 min drive) ..then we’re told it’s foggy…. Then they won’t refund the money but we can wait but yet the manager the first time said “send it right away” the first time we called after they screwed the order up the first time… Ohhhhh and they can’t even explain why 3 items cost $40 an order of lasagna $14 Italian beef $8 and mozzarella sticks for $5… so the math ===$27 yet it was $40 we figured delivery charge….the place is laughable at best and the food isn’t even all that great…granted it’s a pizza place but still…

Denied me service. I called on the phone to place a delivery and the driver simply chose not to deliver because he “didn’t believe me”. His explanation was due to the fact I told him to deliver to my job and apparently that was suspicious in some way. After this they told me to either pay up front or hang up. I had to drive all the way over to the restaurant with my boss to pick up my order (which was extremely late by the way!) And clear things up. Afterward I asked what reasoning did they have to claim me as a sketchy person and the manager said because my name was Aaron. Honestly I left light hearted after the mix up but then when I opened my food I was a bit disappointed again because the bread was actually very hard, then my boss and I noticed the wings where extremely burnt. I want to give a honest review so I will say the manager was very understanding and nice about the situation. The pizza with the supreme toppings I had ordered along with the rest of the food was actually very good and I’d recommend to anyone. I guess you could say it was the service I had a problem with.
