I will say this. This has been my only bad experience but the amount of money I paid is why I am leaving a review. Going forward my pizzas were burnt, the chicken burnt, and the cheese bread very overcooked. I am very upset as this was for a birthday party and the quality of the food was disgusting. I have tried to call and logically they have not answered likely because they are busy.

The pizza was good! Not life changing but overall tasty. The girl working (long hair and glasses) even brought it out to me when I pulled up for pick-up, she was so friendly and very kind! Definitely will be going back at some point.

The only reason I am giving them a 1 star vs 2 is because this used to be our favorite pizza and the last 3 times it has gotten progressively worse. We ordered the 3 top special. One of our toppings was extra cheese. Some pieces didn’t even HAVE cheese on them.

Amazing pizza and service. Stopped in middle of afternoon on. Sunday and bought a large pizza for $10. My son and I devoured it and we both thought it was the best pizza around. Previous reviews commenting on the pizza not up to standards as in the past is clearly because like other businesses Primo has a hard time finding dedicated staff and the customers likely ordered during peak times. For best results order before 5pm or after 8pm.

I would give five star for the actual pizza, but in the past year it’s been run into the ground. No one will answer the phone, they’ll put closed signs on the door just because they’re busy, and once we ordered and they didn’t have a delivery driver and just never called us so we waited all night. I’ve contacted them multiple times about how hard it is to just call or how we never got an order, and it’s just crickets. The one person who works there (seems the be the only one) is always panicking and overwhelmed with no help.

Excellent pizza! Even though it was very busy and the phone was always ringing, time was still made for my granddaughter and I to get our pizza. Was about as perfect as I could have ever hoped for and very fast. Will definitely be going there again and recommending to others.

Wow! The staff was incredibly friendly and inviting! I normally am not a fan of thin crust but my husband is so we ordered one and it’s the best thin crust I’ve ever had it was thin and firm without being soggy or tasting like cardboard it had flavor and great texture we also ordered a pan crust and that too was great, classic crust was classic it was ok but the thin and pan crust were both amazing

This used to be our place until today. Disgusting pizza. Burnt and undercooked at the same time. Cheese didn’t even cover the pizza and there was a chemical taste that was awful. We were told new owner. And they are told to not give refunds and skimp on toppings. Good luck with that. Don’t order here. Dominos is better and that is saying a lot.
