I live around three PrimoHoagies, but I drive out v my way to Cherry Hill every time I’m in the mood for a Bada Bing! The one closest to me serves the worst chicken ever. I purposely ordered from that place bc it was convenient but after being served burnt, dry, rubbery (or all) four separate times, I decided to go someplace else. After a few more failed attempts, Cherry Hill was always consistent. Chicken always fresh, hot, and perfectly cooked. Not one time have I been and the chicken was a disappointment. I’m not sure what the issue is in the other locations, that’s no longer my concern.

I went to the primos in Hainesport for the first time last week and it was GREAT. Me and my friend went to the cherry hill location since we were near there and I expected to get the same service right? Nope bread was almost stale (not soft and fresh) they had no chicken cheese steak and the service was just ok we sat in and ate and it needed to swept and the table wiped off.

As a dissatisfied customer, I regret to say that my recent experience at Primos left much to be desired. My family and I have always been enthusiastic about Primos, but that changed after tonight. The chicken parm sandwich we ordered was a complete disappointment. It tasted like rubber, giving the impression that the chicken was either undercooked or spoiled. Unfortunately, we were unable to finish the sandwich due to its unpleasant taste.
