Love the food and the service but today I was definitely disappointed when I ordered American hoagie dry with no onions or oregano, and when I went to eat it, what I had was an Italian hoagie with onions and oregano and oil since it was for my grandson I had to take it all apart and remove the spicy lunch meat onions ect defiantly disappointed ☹️

Honestly if I could give this place 0 Stars I absolutely would without a DOUBT, THE WORST PRIMO SPOT IN SOUTH JERSEY….They have NEVER FAILED to screw up my order over the phone or in person I’m truly wondering, if I order the wrong order initially, if then they may give me what I actually wanted in the first place..Seriously that’s how bad this place is, Even as I type this my order is currently screwed up…Like how hard is it to make a turkey sandwich and add oil and Mayo, on a seedless roll

I stopped in today for a quick bite, staff was friendly. But i paid over $18 for 4 meatballs and a few fork fulls of potato salad. I recognize that times have changed, truly a bit much. And my dumb*ss paid for it, lol. I wish i can say i moaned in ectasy like Meg Ryan in When Harry Met Sally(great scene, btw) while i was eating them but thats a no. They clearly have loyal customers, maybe i need to try again. All the best

I’ve been patronizing this particular eatery consistently for a few years. I have developed a repoior with John the owner and the young lady at the counter. I tip with every order and spend at least $25.00 regularly. I have never had an issue but…TODAY was a disappointment. I ordered a few hoagies with a few bags of chips and a brownie. Clearly, I needed more than one bag. I asked for another bag and was told “we’re not allowed to give out additional bags”. I understand the cost issue, but I guess I’m supposed to walk out with a bunch of food in my hand. I’ve never had a negative experience here and the quality of food and service have always been good, however this particular situation left a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended).
