Had an issue with a take out order today and called in to speak to a manager, which didn’t quite go as expected. However, I received a prompt call back (within minutes of my first call) from the owner Chris, taking time out of his surely busy day, to address the issues I had personally with me. He spent several minutes on the phone with me, took a full account of the problems we had with our sandwiches, apologized sincerely and offered to personally make our next order himself if/when we returned. We live a bit out of the way from this particular location, unfortunately, which prompted Chris to issue us a full refund. He was extremely professional, genuinely cares about the good name of his establishment, and I’ve read some similar reviews where Chris has gone above what I expect most places would ever do to make it up to us. Instead of a negative review and never eating Primo again, I’ll be taking Chris’s excellent customer service into consideration in the future, and will be sure to give them another go, hoping that this was just a one-off. These days, terrific customer service deserves to be acknowledged. Thanks again Chris!

I ordered a turkey-d and took one bite and went ugh! It was tuna. Oh my, glad I didn’t have a fish allergy. I also believe my roll was toasted; don’t toast my roll, please. The manager quickly had my sandwich remade and offered me a bag of free chips. I also didn’t get my extra lettuce… on the second sandwich ( sniff-sniff) . The Manager apologized several times. The had a very big order so maybe that was why the mix up. I’ll try them again. Else, I would have given more stars.

We had place our first ever order from phone and were surprised that all was optional and we received meat hoagies. I spoke with Chris who called me while on family vacation to correct the order which many places may have told me I should have read the site to order properly. NO Chris took the time from family vacation to offer to make the order right and have me pick up on them. HOAGIES WERE FANTASTIC AND WE WILL BE GOING BACK! Mt Laurel Primos rocks!

Would give this place a 0 if i could due to the rude customer service. Whoever was in charge of answering the phones at 11:30 on 7/19 is lazy, rude, claimed to be the manager (which I doubt), and overall holding this company back. As someone who worked at Primos, this is not how we treat our customers and there is no room for people with this type of attitude. Do better

Primos is always amazing. Recommend ordering ahead since in-store orders take 15-30 mins depending on how busy they are. Price increases have made this a once in a while splurge rather than going a few times a month.

I won’t be ordering from this location any longer and I NEVER complain about my food. I ordered a chicken diablo sandwich and requested a few toppings on it but when I opened it up, the chicken was extremely dry and none of the three toppings I asked for were on it..they were missing. I had to use my own mayonnaise and oil at home because it was so tasteless and bland. Other locations are much better. I will try them instead.
