A good turkey and cheese with spicy mustard is unbeatable and this place makes my absolute favorite! The roll is perfect every time: crunchy, but never too tough to chew. I love coming in here because the staff are wonderful and the wait time is practically nonexistent. I just tried the dirt pudding finally and I can’t get enough! I now count down the days eagerly until I can return back here for another sandwich.

Normally good but several times the rolls were dry. The most recent order, again stale rolls and really dry. They forgot the oil/vinegar and the chicken parm was just dry roll, dry chicken and cheese…no sauce. The manager offered to remake them but I would have to drive back to their store. I’ll patronize another Primos location the next time.

Very disappointed with the customer service I order a hot sub and waited over 15mins to take a bite of a cold chicken cheesesteak and when I brought it to the cashiers attention they were very rude customers always right I felt insulted that I spent $30 to eat a cold chicken cheesesteak and when I asked if they can reheat my sandwich they acted like it was a inconvenience

Love their sandwiches. Unfortunately, when you order online, there is no option to pay when you get to the store, only credit card payments. So when I repeatedly entered my cc info, I was told the info was wrong. Wrote an email to customer service 2 days ago…no response. I will use other shops. No need to make it so difficult.
