Ordered a hoagie tray for delivery online for a birthday party, over 24 hours notice. Provided confirmation email. Received notice 3 hours prior to event that order was cancelled via text. Called the store for explanation. Took several attempts to speak with someone. Apparently, their online ordering system was down. Not sure how I received online confirmation? This is the second time that I have ordered a hoagie tray online from this location, with issue. The first time went to pick up in person and waited 45 min for them to complete the order following pick up time. Shame on me for the second attempt. Save your money, try a different location.

Very rude workers. I paid $50, asked for a cup of water for my puppy and the girl says “we don’t do that here” and blew me off. Very rude considering I just supported your business and was very nice since I know how it is working in customer service, but no longer will come here. I’d rather give my money towards a store that will respect their customers.

I ordered a buffalo cutlet primo “hot”. Chicken was ice cold and had a strange texture. I love this sandwich and have ordered it many times before at other locations. Apparently they couldn’t take the time to cook the chicken at this location. I thought it was strange when they said my sandwich’s would be ready in ten minutes. Extremely disappointed and hungry. You would think for a 13 dollar sandwich some effort would have been put in.

We stopped in for takeout. There was no where to eat inside, if we wanted to eat in. I ordered a cheese steak. We did not take any pictures of sandwiches because it was taken out. My cheese steak was yummy . There was so much meat, I was soooo impressed! I should have only eaten half the sandwich because of that. But I did not, I ate the entire sandwich! Others enjoyed a buffalo chicken sandwich and said there was so much chicken as well. Someone else ordered an Italian and they were satisfied. The sandwich was not cut in half, so if you want that done ask. They will kindly cut it for you. Bathroom on-site.

Best experience I have had at a Primos yet, the dude behind the counter was so nice. Split the sandwich up for me without even askin. He gave me all these extras on the side. Local area chain for hoagies. Family enjoyed the italian hoagie and the pork with peppers. I’m not a huge fan, I prefer a softer roll, but I wouldn’t turn one down either. Nice place, nice employees. No soda machine, just bottled drinks from the cooler.
