Once you receive your sub it is delicious, I ordered the chicken parm. Prices are a little high, service is a little slow. Just trying to keep it real.

This evening i placed a take out order. I arrived at the estimated time and was rudely advised by staff that i would need to come back in about 25 min. Upon returning, i politely greeted the young man behind the counter (thin w/long hair) only to be completely ignored and have my order tossed across the counter and having him walk away without a word despite me bidding him good night. When i arrived home i found my order to be incorrect and generally below normal standard for this establishment. I could understand the staff being rude if i had been hostile or ignorant but not returning basic pleasantries is unacceptable. I will not return and i will actively lobby my coworkers/family to not patronize this establishment either.

Placed order online, paid for a side of pickles and extra meat on one of the subs but did not get either. Also seeded roll on that sub was extremely hard and not as fresh as they’ve been in the past. Still best subs around, but I’ve for sure had better visits there.

Although the people working were nice they seemed to have lots of issues with finding where things were and using the cash register. Our sandwiches were ok. The floor behind the counter was quite gross -it could use a good cleaning.

I’ve been to dozens of Primo locations and can confidently say this is the worst of them all. They consistently mess up orders in the most unexpected ways (lettuce and tomato on a Bada Bing?) and their food quality and sandwich construction is lacking. They also don’t seem to know what long hots are and confused them with banana peppers. Truly not living up to the Primo name.

Always a great place for a solid sandwich. Their sandwich trays are a favorite with my work crew. Highly recommend.

I never knew a cheesesteak could be so sad. This was $10 for a meat flavored roll with cheese dust. The bread was good though, maybe next time I’ll just go the bakery.

They used to give a decent amount of sauce. No more! Better learn to like spaghetti minus the sauce LOL!
