Lov the place, order family lunch once a week at least. You have two new employees that if I see I walk out now. Never gets order right or adds on what I paid for. They are nice but wow, just read the ticket or put what I ask for on the ticket. Hate to see your nice place get a bad rap for those two.

This location is great! Ordered a platter for my son’s birthday and it was amazing. Everyone loved it. The meat was sliced thin, the sections of sub were the perfect size, and there were plenty of condiments on the side. Definitely be visiting this store again!

I went to primo hoagies in Somers point. I got a chicken suprimo. When I got it home the chicken was burnt and black . And dried out. This is the third time I’ve ordered this hoagie and it’s been the same all three times. I never complained before, but this time I called the manager and told her. Her response was that they changed the chicken and this is the way it comes out now . Never going back again . They definitely lost a customer . She did not even care!!!

I just encountered the rudest employee of my life. Billy. He said he was the manager. But he lied. I simply asked if the local flavor coupon could no e used in somers point as elk as eht since it’s the same owner. He said yes then no. So I simply just asked to speak with the owner or he could ask him so I didn’t order there and then they say no when I got there with the coupon. He hung up on me lol. Then I called back and said I’m trying to explain and I simply said all I need is a yes or no answer he didn’t know the answer therefore was not helping. Hung up on me again lol called back twice and he let it ring to voicemail the. Another kid answered who told me his name and apologized for how I was treated. Seriously unreal. Then Steve the owner messages me and yes you can use the coupon and he is sorry for Billy and no Billy isn’t the manager. Kid is a punk and should honestly have been fired. I advise you to order anywhere but there. I’m still in shock with how I was just talked too. I ran a restaurant for years and I would never let an employee act that way towards my customers. He lost a lot of money today from me and I will be sure nobody I know orders from there now. Total disgrace! Two thumbs down!
