Ordered a primo Italian and whole Turkey Schwartzee. Got to work and all 3 were the same size. (They cut the wholes) Called and told the guy all 3 were the same size and one was supposed to be a whole…he said “no, they are 2 12″ subs”….well we have a tape measure here and all 3 subs were 10″….I’m mad because I’m low man at work and had to give 2” of my sub to the manager cause that Fat Albert ain’t gettin’ shorted. Anyway next time I pick up I’m bringing a tape measure. Food was good so A+ on that but I’m still hungry.

I had stopped going to Primo’s of Vineland because the quality had declined. But recently, after I learned it was under new ownership, I decided to give it another try. I ordered a super deluxe tray for a family gathering. Everything was so fresh, delicious and perfectly packaged exactly how I ordered it! Placing my order was so easy and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My family devoured that tray and I got multiple compliments on how good it was. My family from Pennsylvania is still talking about it! Letting me know that every time they come over that will make a pitstop at Primo’s. Thanks for everything! I will see you again soon!

Today was my first and last time ordering a tuna hoagie from here. My sub roll was too hard and I was disappointed as I was craving this lunch! I tried a tuna sub from Primo at a work event and was so excited to order a small one for myself. Also, it would have been nice if I was offered an optional sub roll when I came in to order, because I pictured the same sesame seed one that I had before. Moreover, the tuna was barely chopped, and I almost thought it was chicken chunks when I opened it at home. Overall, not a good lunch experience for a pescatarian. Bummer.

The new owners have really turned this place around for me. I went there a few months ago and was not too happy with my food but went there a week ago after I found out they had new owners and it is clear that they care about quality. The subs were so fresh and it was clear that they were made with LOVE. I will be patronizing this location from here on out. Good job new owners ! Best Subs around.
