The hoagies are way over priced. We ordered a turkey and cheese, I had asked 3 t times to add oregano but after the cashier kept asking I gave up. My husband ordered the Philly cheese steak and after we waited 15 minutes it came out cold and the cheese was unmelted. He asked to reheat and they had an attitude. The quality and taste are least desirable as well. This was our first visit and will be our last.

Ehh, not great. There was too much bread which wouldn’t be terrible but the taste was subpar. The cheese was cut very thick, probably to pad the sandwich and make up for lack of meat and the taste overpowered the whole sub. The pickles and ‘hot’ banana peppers were flavourless like they’ve been sitting around way too long. My company bought us lunch so the price point didn’t affect me and I didn’t pick them up so I can’t tell if that mean blonde from the other reviews was working the cash register. I would certainly never spend my own money here. If you want to support a local business, try Dave’s deli in Bethlehem but if you insist on going to a chain, Jersey Mike’s blows this place out of the water.

I have gone to this location now twice and both times I picked my order up and it was incorrect and cross contaminated with other foods. The first time we ordered a hoagie without cheese because my husband is allergic. Get home and there is cheese on it. second time ordered a steak sandwich no cheese or marinara sauce and we open it up and there is marinara sauce all over the bottom of the roll plus the steak was cold. Both time nobody from management was there and not could I ever speak to the owner after calling multiple times. Of course they blame it on a staff shortage however both times I waited longer than usual which I have no issue with if they are short staffed but then get my order correct but instead both times I had to drive 20 mins back to get my order corrected! I also reached out to corporate but no response!

Great foods. Little understaffed at times. Just gotta have a little patience with the wait. Definitely made to order. Always fresh. Price to quantity ratio a little off but still good!

Grabbed some lunch here today. The place is beautiful and it smells exactly how you want a deli to smell. The young woman at the counter was anything but pleasant. We looked at the menu as she helped a few other customers and showed no enthusiasm or customer service skills. She was wearing an air pod and didn’t seem like she at all wanted to be there. I started to worry about the quality of the food that we were about to get but the sandwiches were actually fantastic. The bread made the whole experience worth it. We got a meatball, a veggie diablo and a small abruzzi to try together. Everything was great. The Abruzzi was nice and garlicky. The diablo had great flavor however wasn’t quite spicy enough to earn the name in my book. The meatball was classic and delicious. Loved the sharp Provolone they use. Will definitely be ordering again.

recently purchased a Mild Sharp Italian sub like I ALWAYS do with oil, vinegar & seasonings only to question what I really received. Tasted like a ham & cheese with oil. Found one oh-so-paper thin slice of Capicola. There was no evidence of Italian flavor anywhere. This sub was always to die for but something has happened. The bread seems different as well. While I enjoy sesame this roll nearly pulled my teeth out. I had to rip and pull like never before. So disappointed. Probably the last time I will order from Primo. The guy at the register was very pleasant.

Primos is the best chain for hoagies. They use premium meats and cheeses for their sandwiches. Always a guaranteed great sandwich. Just don’t expect any smiling service if you’re picking up an order, I would rather use grubhub to order from here.

Primo hoagies are always awesome. The staff didn’t seem to thrilled to be there but the food was delicious regardless.

The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because this is my first bad experience with this Primo location. I picked up my order, got home, unwrapped it, and said to myself, “this doesn’t even look like a primo but late night wawa”. To start, it isn’t even the usual seeded Italian crusted bun that Primo is known for. What even is this that is holding my lunch? Then on top of that, it is completely smooshed down like someone crushed it. Second, the lunch meat is more sliced than the usual thin slice/chipped. Third, everything is soggy-the bun, the lettuce, etc, and the tomatoes are just thrown on top instead of being in the sandwich. It said on my online order I couldn’t pick up until an hour away from when I was ordering. I arrived 8 minutes early and my order was already sitting there. So how long ago was my order made?! If I wasn’t starving and had somewhere else to get to, I would have gotten back in my car, drove back and asked them to remake my order. This was nowhere near what a Primo hoagie is supposed to be and was not worth the price. I’m w to pay more money for better quality food, but today was nothing more than a gas stop hoagie and not worth what I paid. From other recent reviews, it seems this location has been having quality issues. Pictures included.

Primos was always my go to for a great hoagie. Not anymore. There was barely any meat and cheese in this sandwich. I was shocked to pay over $30 for 2 primo size sandwiches and it was mostly bread! I understand costs of everything has gone up, but to rip your customers off like this isn’t the answer.
