Had another great taste experience of the authentic Philly cheese steak hoagie. Steak meat was juicy and tender. Hoagie bread tasted awesome as expected in Philadelphia. Amazing! Included ketchup and mayo in it. There are also many side dishes available such as Coleslaw.

Of all the Primo locations in the area this is by far the best for a quality hoagie!! I pass 2 other locations to come here specifically. One is less than half mile from my house. Awesome staff and better food. A little pricy but look past the price even once and you will see why I am leaving this review.

Food was good. I got a meatball sandwich and it tasted really good. Would have made it better if it were hot.

Disappointed that Primos Dresher took online orders for timed pick up ahead of Super Bowl Sunday and failed to have them ready. I was one of about 50 customers yesterday waiting in the shop well after pick up time and the owners did not communicate with anybody. They made no attempt with explanation or plan. Finally they were asked what timed order they were up to and they were 1.5 hours behind. However, the truth of the matter was they were over 2 hours behind. I was a 4:30 pick up (order #1364555) and didn’t get my order until 6:40 pm. Either greed got the best of the owners and they didn’t make a cut off for orders and/or they are that poor at running a business. Owners have to do better. I am sure the word is out not to patronize Primos Dresher.

I put in an order Weds online and I got charged 4x so I called and was told I’d be called back. Called Thursday and same response – no call so I stopped by and was told manager would call me today. Called today and was told manager would call me tomorrow (Saturday). I still don’t know if this order was placed and will be ready for Super Bowl and / or why I was charged 4x

Another disappointing experience at Dresher. Costs are rising and their attention to detail is falling.

My worst primos experience. Do not ever order delivery from this location as they charge a ridiculous $30 flat delivery fee. I ordered 2 hoagies and a small bag of chips and ended up with a $65 bill. Had I realized this I would have picked it up myself or ordered delivery through door dash for practically free. And the woman who answered the phone was no help in explaining and offered no assistance to make up for this experience.

I tried to give this location a second chance but my experience was still disappointing. Ordered two hoagies, the Primo sized Corned beef and the Primo Augie, with roast beef and turkey. The bread was remarkably stale. It wasn’t just crusty, it was hard and stale. The toppings were good and consistented of lettuce cheese peepers onions and pickles. But for $15/a sandwich, it could’ve had more meat. The amount of meat was miniscule. Also, part of the order was wrong, I asked that the Russian dressing and Cole slaw be placed o on the side and they completely forgot to put them in the bag. For $30 for two sandwiches, they need to be exceptional. This place seems to have gone down in quality since being taken over by new management. I’m so disappointed by the quality of the food.
