We ordered 4 hoagies tonight. We looked at the online menu, as we didn’t have a paper copy. I just wanted to make others aware that they do not put lettuce, onions, and tomatoes on a standard hoagie like most places do. Apparently you have to ask for whichever veggies you want, or you’ll be getting meat and cheese on a roll.

I always only get a Turkey Schwartzie and ask & pay extra for extra Schwartzie dressing !!…. Only every time I do there’s actually less dressing on it then there is if I hadn’t bothered to ask!!… It wouldn’t be a problem if I wasn’t charged extra. I just keep letting it go and never complain. A Primos hoagie is expensive but usually well worth it, I’m actually thinking of not ordering from there anymore.

I ordered a turkey hoagie through Uber. I asked for Tom, onions and sweet peppers on the side. I didn’t get any of them. I called the store and asked the manager if anyone would be in my area to drop them off. She said no drivers were there and she had no way of contacting them…??? A manager has no way of contacting their drivers??? I asked if she could do anything for me and she said no… Very disappointed!

They cancelled my order without informing me, I got an email while driving to pick it up just saying my card was being refunded. When I got to the store they acted like it was my fault. Go to a different primos if you can.

Great food but really expensive! Prices have just gone up too. But if you’re going to get a sandwich, you have to make it a primo. The smaller one is a different roll and the roll makes the sandwich!! Try the old Italian

You have employees yelling out to customers they’ve ran in to the street shouting racial slurs and threatening to break the former customers neck at the top of their lungs in front of families. It happened just minutes ago 8/29/23 at 8pm. Horrendous.

Contacting customer service on their website isn’t working, of course. So I will place my comment here. Today I had the worse experience ordering from Glenside. The customer service was awful. The online promo was not working and did not work over the phone either. They would not give me a manager or able to do it manually. I then proceeded with my order anyway over the phone. Big mistake. They gave me the wrong sandwich. I called and they said to bring it back and redo it. No. I cannot drive another 15 minutes out of the way even more to go back for them to fix their mistake. These hoagies are NOT cheap. I hope someone reaches out to me directly to discuss this but because their customer service messages are not working I have to post this here.
