Don’t understand the bad reviews. I’ve gotten sandwiches from here 15+ times myself, family, friends and for party’s. Every sandwich has been great. My fiance has gotten the Nonna’s Veggie many many times, Vegan as well. She worked at Altamontes making sandwiches and this sandwich always makes her happy. Definitely a great hoagie joint. You can’t find much better in the area besides maybe Silvios and Altamontes. And those two are arguably more inconsistent and cost just as much. Yeah I’ve had maybe one or 2 from primos that could of been better. But over a large sample size the Hatboro primos has been one of my favorite sandwich shops over the last 10 years.

It is Sunday afternoon this location is a joke Corp needs to take control of this store can never call the phones are always off the hook Doordash is shut off there is only 2 employees in the store that are not even old enough to run a slicer and now that im at several locations that are fully staffed the owner always says its he can not get any employees is ridiculous several times he has asked do you want to buy a hoagie shop ! Id say he’s so cheap that he does not have the money to be fully staffed. He constantly is yelling at his 2 employees nansty things which im supprised Human Resources has not been contacted. He walks around telling customers he does not care anymore. Note it is Sunday holiday weekend and he is know where to be found. Please get a new owner in this store I have to drive to Chalfont or Dresher locations to get service this location has gone so far down the tubes I will never go back. How did Corporate let this location get away with this store falling apart I thought they had standards I guess i was wrong you can not charge these price’s and get this service everone knows all of the owners problems because he cries his life story to every customer sorry Steve but you need to go !

This place smells so good when you walk it thet you know the food will be good. We ordered turkey with cheese and Tuna with cheese subs to go. You can see behind the counter to the prep area. Everything looked clean, they had gloves on and they brought out fresh lettuce for the sandwiches. The subs were good and tasty. The Tuna was well seasoned and would order it again. The staff was friendly and would recommend this location and visit again.

So good! The hoagie was fresh. Loved the roll, meat and cheese. I got the Slim T hoagie, which has ham, turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and oil on it. I also got macaroni salad and Honey BBQ chips.

Insanely overpriced and you can’t even get orders correct. You don’t get to charge premium prices and have well below average service and not get these kind of reactions. Placed an online order and you forgot literally the easiest part of the order. Absolutely unacceptable. Figure it out.
