Nice people. Food is great. Sometimes they get the order wrong. Frustrating when that happens by delivery. But generally quick with delivery. Sometimes for no apparent reason, they just don’t deliver. Overall Ardmore, Wayne and Havertown stores are most reliable.

I frequent this location and usually am very happy with my order, but today I ordered two Primo sized meatball sandwiches and each came with only three (3) meatballs, leaving almost a third of the sandwich as just bread. I’ve had this sandwich before from this location and it came with four (4) meatballs, as also shown on the image on their website, so not really sure what the deal is. Incredibly disappointing for a $14 sandwich. I guess it’s back to A Cut Above in Newtown Sq for my lunchtime sandwich fix.

I’ve been to roughly 12-15 Primos locations and they all range from 3 stars to 5 stars. This location is at the higher end of the range. Its a clean location with nice staff who don’t screw up your order. They need delivery. That would be so great. After all, there is a ton of corporate offices in Wayne/Radnor and delivery would make Primos the better option when deciding on lunch.

I usually place our order online when I volunteer to make the lunch run for my colleagues at work. When I arrive, our food is ready on time, accurate, and served with a smile. The food consistently tastes fresh and is made with care. The staff is friendly and they keep the store clean and tidy. This location is a pleasure to visit!

I used to be a regular customer here but my last experience was awful. I placed an online order and they lost my order, never once apologized. They kept asking for my name but never would give me any updates. The entire staff was rude and unprofessional. Other customers while I was waiting had similar issues with orders. I heard the staff arguing and using profanity in front of customers. Never again.

I’m a big fan of PrimoHoagies! The sandwiches are amazing, specially the seeded rolls. However, for some odd reason, this location has the most rudest staff I ever dealt with! For that reason, I will never step foot in this location!

Disappointed on the quality of the meal for the cost. It was 32 dollars for 2 cheesesteaks and they skimped on meat I ate atleast 2.5 inches of bread before I got any meat. Save your money and go to somewhere like dellasandros and get a better meal for less money.
