Should have just gone to Wawa if this is what I was going to get. Walked in and ordered to go. It’s hard to tell how busy it is these days because of online orders, but it took a while. Get home and what a disappointment. I’ve eaten at all different primo locations, and the food is always consistent. I didn’t know they were making sandwiches using left over Easter ham! Thickest lunch meat I’ve ever gotten on a sandwich anywhere as was the cheese. Waste of money

You would figure if you paid $15 for a sandwich, it would be right. You would also figure that if you told them it was wrong then you drive back they would have the correct one ready when you get there. Nope… here’s a cookie. Any other husband who got a wrong order for their wife but theirs was right knows exactly what I’m talking about. Horrible location. Icing on the cake was the guys who made it wrong laughing at the situation.

Thanks for ruining my day! My husband placed an online order, and we went there to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. Got home, my sandwich had no toppings, nothing at all!!! Delicious Italian Diablo hoagie. Fresh ingredients and fresh bread. Also had the original meatball hoagie and it got rave reviews too. Plan to take it to go because they’re not really designed for eating in the shop.

Honestly didn’t know what to expect. I’ve been let down a few times foodwise by other places being that I had super high expectations since I am coming from California and hearing all the hype about Philly Food. Well, PrimoHoagies brought it! They exceeded my expectations plus their Dirt Pudding, wrapped pickles and Mozzi Balls are those extra touches that make the orders go over the top with a chef’s kiss. Needless to say I highly recommend PrimoHoagies if you’re in the area. It’s worth the 3,000+ mile trip for me. The staff “Ron & Briana” are awesome they sold me, not to mention her photos are the main reason I came in the 1st place. Kudos!!!

I went to the Downingtown Primos. Excellent. Their Employee did a fantastic job with my sandwich which was the Audie. Turkey, Roast Beef and american cheese. Fast, huge hoagie. I would suggest for anyone traveling through or living in the area to go there.

Order was made wrong size, ordered a whole and they made a half. It happens should be a quick fix or so I thought. 20 minutes later the other half was finished and I was gone. Not sure why it takes so long since the meat cooks for one a minute in the “special” oven, but long wait times seems to be their thing. Won’t be ordering again from here Joey’s Pizza makes a far superior Ribeye sliced cheese steak with Liscio seeded rolls.
