Tried this place for the second time recently. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not like the food is horrible. It’s just not that good. Especially for the price. We were disappointed in how much filling came in our hogies. The bread is good for the first few bites, and then you realize how much effort it takes to chew,just the bread. The bag with my order was covered in oil on the outside, which I didn’t realize till lifting it off the passenger side seat of my car. So now I’ve got to deal with that. You can find much better hogies at a number of places near by.

I am over tip jars and messed up service. Its not hard to mark a sandwich correct. It’s not like it was busy. This is exactly why i choose never to give a tip to walk in a business and pick up something u pay for and stop my card to even ask? You get stuff wrong entirely to much!!!!! Pull it together. Milking folks for a penny and can’t even get the order correct.

Brad The owner greet you with a smile every time you come in you are so we never even though he’s the owner he doesn’t act above anyone all his employees have a great customer service they treat you well with a smile if you need something extra they don’t act like it’s coming out of their check to give you a pack and mayonnaise lol

Ordered catering for work from here many times. Catering at primos isn’t cheap but worth it, or so I thought. We will not be ordering again, we spent almost $500 for a work meeting they didn’t send plates, napkins, utensils or any of the dressings, so no mayo, oil. Vinegar pickles or peppers absolutely nothing but dry hoagies. We were supposed to have macaroni salad but recieved not enough of the macaroni salad and then sent potato salad. When I called them to let them know they forgot them I was told yea they were busy at the time and didn’t have time to get them. Not OK!!! Do better!!! We will take our business elsewhere!!!

It says that you’re open until 7pm EST on Sunday’s. Store is completely dark and appears to be closed. No signs on the windows stating why you’re closed either. I was just at another store that ran out of bread. Let’s try and get our brand together here Primo’s.
