These used to be the best sandwiches, now they’re more expensive, have much smaller rolls and almost no meat. $14 for a turkey Diablo to get a roughly 8” hoagie with no meat. You’re stealing from your customers and you should be embarrassed to serve what amounts to a lettuce sandwich. Avoid the Harleysville location but they’re all the same now.

New to area, but we’ve enjoyed Primo for years in other areas. The 1st time we came to this store, it was 1 HOUR before closing. I guess the workers wanted to get a jump on leaving, bc we were told the grill was already shut down AND cleaned. We went elsewhere for cheesesteaks that night. With 6 hungry adults in the house, it was the store’s loss.

My family loves Primo, so when we recently moved to the area we were happy there was a Primo here. This Primo is such a disaster. We’ve eaten here 7 or 8 times at this point and NOT ONCE has the order been completely correct. The cheese is wrong, or they put mayo on when we didn’t ask for it, ext. It’s never right. Sometimes you ask for a Diablo and they put literal tablespoons of cayenne on and you can’t eat your sandwich, other times you ask for a Diablo and get no cayenne. On top of that, no matter if you order during a rush or not, they will ALWAYS tell you it’s going to be 30-35 minutes until your food is ready. We are usually only ordering 2 sandwiches so this is ridiculous. We noticed the sandwiches are always ready in 15 if we go in and get them early, but it’s just annoying, the sandwiches are soggy if we wait the time we are told. I’m writing this in hopes that this Primo gets their act together, we live here now and really don’t want to have to stop eating Primo. I’m planning on writing to corporate as well, I’m desperate to have a decent Primo without having to drive to the next town over!

We have given this place soon many chances, but we are always disappointed. Today takes the cake. We spent $68 on five sandwiches (one was for a kid), which in and of itself is outrageous. However, if the sandwiches had been packed with meat and toppings, we would have been cool with it. However, these sandwiches were all roll and lettuce. There was VERY little meat. Everyone was hungry a half hour later. It seems this place gives less and less meat every time we go. If I’m going to get a bunch of lettuce sandwiches, they better be $2 a pop. Not $14. We won’t be giving this place any more chances.

Review was not complete when posted. My apologies to the owner. Ordered a sandwich with a 20 oz soda which never got delivered. I called the store and was told to call door dash for a refund. Door Dash responded immediately. Although I wasn’t happy about having nothing to drink this place always has awesome food, consistently. I have ordered many times. The food is really good,
