Not sure what happen today but Promos missed the mark on this one. I ordered the honey chicken biscuit, cheese grits, and a pancake on the side. The chicken biscuit was mostly biscuit because the chicken was super small compared to previously visits and the advertisement on the menu, inquired about it to the food runner he stated “yes they are all small you have to pay for extra chicken if you want more”. Also there was no honey, but he quickly brought me a side of honey. The cheese grits were good, therefore no complaints there. Next time I’ll stick to getting cheese grits! We will try again another visit!

The food at these restaurants is always delicious. Haven’t tried this location before but the hotel was close. Kitchen staff doesn’t show up until opening and then despite having your order taken, you have to wait for the food prep, kitchen prep, and then the cooking. Took the cook 15 minutes before starting on the first order. Thankfully I wasn’t in a rush and could wait the lengthy wait. Then there is the cleanliness of the restaurant. Initial overview looks spotless. Then you see crumbs on the tables and open/used butter packages left on the butter trays.

Quick lunch, you order up front and get your drinks. They bring the food right to your table. I am a big fan of any place that serves breakfast all day long! Facility was clean and so was the bathrooms! Parking lot did get pretty full during lunch hour but we found a spot in the back.

Outstanding Cafe! Arrived Tue 5/18 between Breakfast & Lunch crowd, ~10:30a. Friendly & helpful counter servers! Excellent coffee, sweet tea, entrees & sides, all prepared to PERFECTION (yes, really). It’s everything Cracker Barrel should be when it comes to country and soul food cooking. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Breakfast was so good today. Their muffins are amazing. Pancakes are a crowd pleaser and their coffee is delicious. My husband thought the sausage was so flavorful and not at all greasy. Enjoyed my breakfast so much. So glad it is served all day!!!

Order a primo salad to go. Took over 45 minutes before it was even prepared. Another 15 minutes to get it. During lunch. People who ordered way after me got their food before me. When I got the salad it wasn’t prepared properly. It looked like it was thrown together and the lettuce was very old looking. I ended up throwing it away. Overall I was highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

Went to lunch at 11, and they were out of the daily special displayed right behind where you order. Not any service to speak of as they only drop off your food. I ended up getting meatloaf, which was less than great. Can’t say I will ever go back if it’s my choice.
