Had breakfast here with a group of 5 ladies. We weren’t staying at the resort, but the resort staff was so warm and welcoming! Our server John was fantastic, courteous and kind! The grounds and building were super well kept and the breakfast was fantastic! The buffet offerings were fresh and delicious. I ordered the breakfast tacos, grits and a Bellini that were all great. Would recommend for sure if you’re in the area!

We went here for our anniversary dinner, the food was delicious, but the screaming baby made for a less than stellar experience, the smokey old fashioned was tasty and the poke bowl was yummy; my wife had the snapper ( no pun intended ) and I had the grouper.

Fantastic dining experience!!! The most delicious grilled grouper on the coast! The food was exceptionally prepared, fresh and a great culinary experience! Chef Gary Palm’s delectable items we enjoyed were the hickory smoked pork belly, shrimp roll that was beautifully prepared like a piece of art, juicy tender steak with fresh vegetables and the special grilled grouper entree was scrumptious! Jennifer was an outstanding server and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. She was very friendly and took care of every need! Jennifer also provided a purse seat for my suede/lace evening clutch! We will be returning this week to celebrate a birthday with more local friends! Congratulations Chef Gary Palm, we are thrilled to have you in our beautiful area on the Emerald Coast!

We ate here 2 nights ago for a birthday dinner and left disappointed. The executive chef, Gary Palm, called the next morning and personally invited us for dinner tonight. The dinner was fantastic and the butter cake for dessert was divine. Gary and his team clearly love what they do and have a great deal of integrity in their work. The service was impeccable both nights!

Chef Gary Palm is a 5 star chef with an amazing experience on the most finest dishes in the world. Tonight we had the opportunity to try blow fish and I was completely amazed about the flavors. He paired this fish with homemade kimchi. We also try extraordinary herbs like finger lime (a citrus caviar) and lucky plum. I have no words to explain how amazing this experience was. If I can give 100 stars I would!

Just left Primrose and wow talk about a total disappointment. Ordered Cesar salad and it was nothing but wilted lettuce (pic below). The waiter never showed up again until the end of the meal so we had to get refills from the runner delivering the entrees. My friend ordered rare filet and only about half of it was actually seasoned. You could tell the top part of the steak had been cooked more under the heat lamp. The waiter finally came to check on us and we told him about the issues with the meal and he just kind of nodded and half apologized walking away. Also $5 dollars for a glass of iced tea no thanks.

I can’t actually review the food since we left after waiting 25 minutes for our server Jennifer to reappear after dropping off a drink menu. Of course, we had drinks from the bar and had already seen the menu, bit she didn’t ask. Jennifer briefly mentioned sushi with a long wait and a couple of steaks that you “order the sides separately”. There were no sides listed on the menu so I’m still not sure what we could have ordered. I should have known better than to eat in a restaurant in a hotel, but it seems like a really nice hotel, so I thought I would try.
