Breakfast is huge and the pancakes are the best. Friendly service. Great breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Don’t forget their home-made desserts. It’s all good here. Family who own this are local and I can’t say enough good things about them or the food. Try it. Breakfast is served thru time of close (2pm).

Amazing and quick service!! Right when we got to Prince Cafe we were warmly greeted by the staff and got a table. They have a big menu and everything sounds so appealing so it was hard to choose! I had their iced coffee and it was delicious with the whipped cream and added caramel sauce. The special apple caramel pancakes I ordered were nice and fluffy and just the perfect amount of sweet. Everything in their kitchen is homemade and you can definitely taste it. So good I had to grab some chocolate croissants to go! Highly recommend, will definitely be going back soon!!

Prince Cafe is the newest and hottest brunch spot in the area. The service is incredible, as you can tell that the owners truly care about their customers and the quality of their food. The restaurant is absolutely adorable, with so many cute decorations, and super cozy. Their food is absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend their fluffy buttermilk pancakes, which are cooked to perfection and served fresh. I highly recommend Prince Cafe and definitely will be coming back soon.

Butermilk Pancakes are overpriced (two for $10), undersized and dry. At that price, they should be served with warm maple syrup but they aren’t.

Terrific discovery on road trip to Mt Wachusett today. Other patron told us that they closed at 1 pm so we thought we’re out of luck. They said to speak to the folks inside, that they’re super nice. And they were correct! They were able to make a couple of sandwiches, a couple of drinks and a pot of fresh coffee as well. Highly recommend, sandwiches were excellent, service with a smile (even after closing time)! Who does that? If your in their area, please give them a try.
