Out of the busy side of Pembroke Pines, almost by route 27, you find this little gem. Authentic Italian food, by the chef/owner, Mimmo, who was very welcoming and made us feel at home right away. He used to be the personal chef of two very famous people at different times. All the dishes were well presented, prepared, and delicious. Pasta al dente, the best. The flash fried calamari and shrimp was delicious, and the sauce spicy . All of our main dishes were also well presented and were delicious.

It was my husband’s 79th Birthday. Staff couldn’t have been kinder. It was a quiet time and a quiet night…what a treat! Like a private dining experience for just the 2 of us! The Chef even came out to introduce himself and visit with us. Everyone put us at ease. They were disappointed we didn’t order one of their pasta dishes though, which they told us is all homemade. What we had was EXCELLENT! Beautiful presentation and wonderful flavors! So glad we celebrated here…..thank you!

This is a solid place. I went with my family on a very busy night and took away a bit of the experience since the service was not very good. The food was delicious; the fried seafood appetizer was extremely salty, almost inedible but it can happen and I didn’t complain because it took a lot of time to get it served. We ordered a number of pasta dishes and they were all very good but one of them was basically forgotten and I had to chase my waiter to get it on the table after everyone else had almost finished their dish. I got no apologies for this which i found a bit rude. I believe the staff needs some fine tuning. The restaurant is located in a shopping plaza so u get cars parking right in front of it and all the lights come in hard, so if u are sitting facing the parking lot, get ready for that. Finally, I truly believe the prices are very high but I also get they are high for everyone including the patrons so know your bill will be up there (the prices don’t reflect what you see online) – I wish them the best and hope they can get to the level of Italian fine dining place they are aiming to be.

It didn’t take long to fall in love with this exceptional restaurant. We were welcomed like family, chef D’Amore and his staff treated my family to the best meal of my life. Words are lacking for how these dishes are simple with complex notes to create a truly wonderful dinner. I would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks to the entire staff…..bravo

The food was amazing! We had the shishito peppers as an appetizer, the mixed grill with fish (pricey) and the lobster ravioli. We’re definitely going back!

My wife, daughter and I have been here multiple times since it has opened. I hesitate to write this review because I don’t want this place getting so busy that we can’t get a table there. But I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. So far we’ve taken friends and multiple family members and every time it has been spectacular. The attached pictures are from our first visit where we had the Frittura for appetizer. It is really fantastic and we have ordered it every time we’ve been back. The calamari & shrimp are very lightly battered and flash-fried. The batter is not over-bearing at all and you can really taste how fresh the seafood is because it can’t hide behind heavy better. The aioli it comes with is very light and also ensures you taste the freshness of the seafood.
