Customer service at this place is the real definition of trash. As a customer I called and placed two fritay order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes and I show up and I’m waiting 30 minutes later still and they keep telling me it will be ready in 10 minutes. Respecting your clients is respecting yourself and your business and this restaurant has no time management and overall the worst. The lady at the front who’s taking orders really nice and sweet but the men over the phone must have no sense of time management. Front of the house says one thing and the back of the house another. The worst place ever. If you have time to wait 45 minutes after calling your order over the phone that’s the place for you otherwise get your Haitian food elsewhere.

Okay so here is the thing. The food is very good. Inside not the best to look at, nor is the customer service. This is the only reason as to why I can’t really go too often. I always get my food at least 30 minutes before. So I call them leave my house and still wait about 15 minutes. It’s never ready. But if I have time I wait.

Imagine placing your order at 6:30pm and the person over the phone taking the order tells you it’ll be ready in 20 minutes. You are already 30 minutes away or more do to traffic. So you automatically think that your food is going to be there waiting for you. NOPE!!! Waited in the car with my family for over an hour and the food was still not ready because the lady who took the order did not take the order correctly after repeating to me what I had said to her to find out that it was still not right. It’s now 7:47pm and food is finally ready. I will give them this they really do make good Haitian food but I wish the owners would have a serious meeting about how customer service should be handled. Another thing try and put someone on the phone that has proper customer service skills.

I recently revised my restaurant review to one star due to ongoing issues with the establishment’s disrespectful treatment of customers. Here’s what happened: I called and placed an order for a soup and a side of their renowned mushroom rice, with a promised ready time of 15 minutes. Arriving at the restaurant on time, I patiently waited outside for 5 minutes before heading inside to collect my order. Despite noticing my food sitting there, getting colder by the minute, the staff asked me to wait while they attended to other incoming orders. Another 10 minutes passed, and I politely inquired about my order once again, but they still insisted on prioritizing new orders. Feeling frustrated and neglected, I made the decision to leave without receiving my food. Fortunately, I managed to cancel and dispute the charge, ultimately obtaining a refund. Regrettably, this experience has left a lasting impression, and I have no plans to return to that establishment in the future.
