This place is a hidden Gem! from the moment of walking in we were greeted by a very friendly lady who made us feel very welcome. we were sat at a very cute cozy corner table where we were promptly introduced to our server who was very knowledgeable of the wine and gave great suggestion on the food. THE FOOD = AMAZING. we had escargot and Charcuterie plate and they were outstanding. for our entrees we had the fish special which was delicious and perfectly cooked. my husband had the New York Strip steak which was cooked to perfection and had delicious flavors. the prices are not as high as you would expect in a place like that. we felt very satisfied with our experience and look forward to going back. looks like they have great happy hour deals as well. Horrible food that was very overpriced. I had a lobster “bisque” that was little more than a flavorless broth with a cracker in it. The main course was a portion for a super model and was of similar quality. We had to wait almost an hour and a half before we had our appetizer. I’m not sure what the issue was but the waitor blamed it on the kitchen and gave us a free bottle of champagne over it. Regardless it was clear that there was a serious lack of communication with the staff. I will never go back. Have never been more disappointed.

This place was awesome. Tucked back in a shopping center it’s a little hidden gem. Everything was 100% made fresh and in house and was outstanding. Service was great and the wine list is pretty good as well. The portions weren’t too big so you could easily have order multiple items. Really enjoyed it.

I lived in France for 4 years and this is one of the best French restaurants I’ve been to. If you like escargot make sure you try theirs. Their steak frites is also really good. Service was a little snooty but as much as I’d like to hold it against them it is kind of authentic… Great spot!

I’m no longer in the restaurant business, but I’ve worked with Chef Urschel before as a waiter and I’ve always been in love with his food. Visited him at Provence for the first time tonight. Pork belly, escargot, veal cheeks and duck were all absolutely amazing. Atmosphere was beautiful and service was great. Lee and Heidi made our excellent meals relaxing and enjoyable. Although biased because I know them, I left with a smile on my face and would have done so without any personal connection. The food is THAT good.

Not great. My mom, who LOVES French restaurants, was underwhelmed by the food and displeased by the total lack of service. My husband and I were equally unimpressed. It took nearly TWO HOURS to get a simple lunch. The service was VERY SLOW. The food was unimpressive. We will never go back.

Always a great time at Provence especially when you can sit out on the patio. Today was not that day. Tod , our server is always attentive and professional. Provence has great omelettes and sandwiches. Plus, the place itself has a cozy and warm feel to it.
