As a retail store manager myself, I do understand that it can get hard to connect with every customer. However, four different visits and I experienced the same vibe every time. The atmosphere seemed unfriendly unless you’re a regular. I personally was only connected with when I placed my order, and when they asked if I wanted a refill? After those interactions they would travel around the bar talking to regulars until my beer was empty. They would walk past me several times, but unless my beer was empty would say nothing to me. Unfortunately, I feel that their customer service is best if you are a regular, so this will be the last time I visit this particular PT’s. Which kinda sucks, because they do have some great tasting ice cold beer! Plus it was more convenient for a quick stop on my way home from work.

This is a nice find. We decided to go out for a drink and took a shot at this place. The bar and service staff were absolutely amazing. Everyone had smiles, met us with a friendly greeting, and made us feel right at home. On the way home, my wife said that she really enjoyed PTs and that we would have to go there more often. Kudos to the staff…top notch!

I go here at least once a week. The bar tender (forgot her name) is excellent. Good price drinks, nice open bar scenery, food is good. Prices for food is ok. Good place to watch games, fights, different sports. Check it out

My friend took me here for a chill night and I loved it. The atmosphere was so good, music wasn’t so loud like you can actually hang out and have a decent conversation plus the service was super nice.

Chris, our waiter was AWESOME. great personality and great service. I couldn’t give five stars because bottom of pizza was a little burnt. Happy hour specials are great. Chris mentioned it is a great place to watch a Golend Knights game too.

Ok chicken wings are outrageously expensive 6 wings with a hand of fries and carrot and celery $14 . The place was pretty empty I’m wondering if it’s because it’s so expensive . I checked the menu and everything is way to expensive .To Get your money’s worth go to wing stop or Buffalo wild wings . Service was good we’ll there is no one there if the place was busy forget about service only one waiter . Or you can buy a bag of wings for $14 and get about 40 wings. The only thing you would have to make them yourself.

Went on NFL wildcard weekend for the 4pm game and it wasn’t really busy. We sat at the bar and waited for about 25 minutes before we got any attention. Finally ordered drinks from the bartender and asked for menus to order food. After another 15 minutes of being ignored, eventually we stopped a server walking by and asked if we could order food. It was painfully obvious to us that because we were not “regulars” we did not get anywhere near the same level of attention as those who clearly were. After awhile we got our appetizer (chips & cheese dip) and it was good. Their guacamole is outstanding. Good salsa too. We were waiting for a spot at the bar with video gaming and while we did eventually get one, the bartender seated a couple of guys who came in long after us at the games before us. No big deal, we weren’t in any rush that day. We finally got our food order placed and it came out not long after. The burgers here are really good. No complaints at all. We stayed several hours and enjoyed our evening. The bartender eventually managed to treat us more like his regulars. When a new bartender came on shift, she was wonderful. Very attentive and kind. Good atmosphere and good food. Bonus that if you are playing you get free drinks for every $20 you play with (I think that’s the amount). I will say tho… DO NOT come here for important games, especially not the superbowl, if the Golden Knights are playing at the same time. Apparently PT’s is sponsored by them so they are required to turn the sound off for any other event and play the VGK game. Regular season hockey vs. Playoff football… shouldn’t even be a question! All that being said, we would go back. Food was good, beers on tap were ice cold and the atmosphere is nice (except for the constant cigarette smoke that surrounds you… but it is Vegas after all).
