The best pizza in Harrisburg, and trust me, I’ve tried them all. I’m kicking myself for not having tried Pub 49 Pizza before. The crust reminds me of my childhood pizza place in WV. Crust is crispy and soft with a slight (nice) chew – you just have to try it to see what I mean. The sauce is not too sweet, just right. The toppings are fresh and just like toppings should be – they don’t overpower. Do not sleep on Pub 49 Pizza.

Insanely good food, very friendly staff, great prices, and a great environment! The only thing keeping this place for a 5 star is the service is slow, and refills are pretty hard to get. If they could get the service fixed this place is a 5 star easy!

It was packed. Once we ordered 4 or 5 tables came in after us and got there food before us. When I asked about it the Manager came over very casually and ask us if we needed her as if they hadn’t already told her. She made several excuses why we hadn’t gotten our food. We ordered nachos and an Italian sub. The other 2 people got burgers before us. She took a whole 1.00 off our bill. Next time just say you lost the order and apologize. Food was ok.

Agree with everyone else that it tastes like old school Quad Cities style pizza! Crust was phenomenal and the fennel sausage gave it that QC taste. Also, the pretzel chips were incredible with good local beer on tap! We will definitely be back

Extremely poor service. Three bartenders all looked directly at me and proceeded to ignore me with not a friendly face among them. After a short while of watching people who came in after me receive menus and drinks I decided to leave and none of the employees ever so much as acknowledged my existence. Never going back. Please subtract this one star I was forced to give this review if you want accuracy.
