We offer half pound gourmet blend Angus Burgers, artisan pizzettes with dough straight from Brooklyn NY. We also have fresh and funky salads and pastas. Try our exotic protein burger specials. We spotlight some of the best local craft beers from central Florida. Live music on the weekends. Happy hour 3 to 6 pm Monday through Friday with drink and food specials. New place that just opened in downtown Melbourne FL. Burgers were really good, thick juicy half pound burgers. They were almost too big taking away from the other toppings on the burgers. All the burgers come with Parmesan crusted fries and your choice of unique sauces. My favorite was the sweet chili aoli sauce and the bourbon sauce that came with the sweet potato fries. Speaking of those, delicious because they add in some brown sugar which makes them taste even better. Honestly outside of the beer, which I was told was very good, the winner was the shrimp. Nice jumbo size pieces of shrimp that were very lightly breaded giving the taste more to the shrimp and able to dip it in a bang bang sauce. Would definitely recommend it if you’re in the Melbourne area.

I love stopping by Pub Americana, but always miss their Wednesday special. Boy am I glad I went by today! I ordered the Buffalo Medium and Cajun dry Rub. Neither were oily or greasy. Both were crispy and had great flavor!

The service was really good, made sure we had everything that we needed for a good experience. I got the wings. They were good, just not the best I’ve ever had. If you’re like my husband and prefer them a little more we’ll done, then you will love the way they cook them. The fries were delicious. Not sure what they do to them but they’re top tier. Mac and cheese was hot and creamy. Very good.

Very basic ambiance (typical for American food establishment), but great service! Our waitress was friendly and fast, as well as accurate with our order, which she did not write down when she took it, but nailed it! Prices are average for burgers, as are the serving sizes. The veggie burger was average, as well, which means it could use more seasoning for my taste. The rest of my crew also had burgers, and all said they could also be more seasoned. However, all burgers had ample, fresh toppings and sauces that added to the flavor and were good (lettuce, tomato, avocado, etc.). The fries were good and crunchy, though, and the sweet potato fries were taster than most.

We really enjoyed Pub Americana, it was recommended to us by the front desk at Hotel Melby in Downtown Melbourne. The service was really great, the atmosphere was nice. We loved that the music was the ideal volume and the food was really good. We had the vegetarian dumplings (yummy), I had one of the pizzas and it was really good and my husband’s wedge salad and son’s burger were delicious too! Overall a nice experience. Loved the location too, near all the great shops and galleries. Looking forward to returning.

When I walked in the door I wasn’t sure what to expect do to loud music playing, but I was happily surprised. The waitstaff was on point, the waiter knew his menu & was very accommodating. The food was way above par and arrived at the table like it was just removed from the oven.
