We went to Public House with a larger group and I was amazed at the attentiveness of the staff. They checked in constantly, the food was amazing and the drinks were so, so good. We loved the atmosphere and had such a great experience. I can’t wait to go back!

We visited the public house last Friday night, we were a group of ten. I was impressed at how quick the service was while keeping up with both food and drink orders for the entire table. The girls behind the bar made delicious cocktails and the food was great. Also, to have the owners of the establishment walking around and thanking everyone for visiting was definitely a plus to me. Customer service is few and in between, but PH knocked it out of the park. Can’t wait to visit again!

Public House is the breath of fresh air Dahlonega’s restaurant scene needed. The food selection was diverse, reasonably priced, and both looked and tasted professionally done. There are no shortage of drink choices, as their menu has something for no matter what mood you’re in. Very relaxed environment, outdoor seating area as well. The wait staff was highly professional and attentive, I would absolutely recommend Public House to anyone visiting from out of town, or to those who call North Georgia home.

Over all A+. The food was delicious, drinks were fantastic, blackberry cobbler was awesome and the hostesses, wait staff,bartenders management and owners were all on top of their game. What a great addition to the city if Dahlonega.

Food, service, and prices were very good. I had shrimp and grits, with red pepper, onion, tasso, and a cream sauce, served over deep fried grits cakes. My wife had linguine with pesto sauce.

Wow what can I say. This place was amazing. We waited a long time for it to open and it was everything we expected. The meatloaf was amazing, fried shrimp was big and juicy and flavorful, best sweet potato waffle fries I’ve ever had. All the food was beyond expectation. The staff was there and very attentive pretty much every time you turned around. There was no wait but the place was full which was very convenient with my children being with me. I will definitely be returning. I want to try everything on the menu.
