I ordered the red clam sauce and as soon as I took a bite, something tasted off. The waitress (Emily) took off only $5 on a meal I didn’t eat. She left the plate sitting on the table the entire time. Won’t ever come back and definitely won’t suggest this place to anyone. Stay far far away….

Very disappointed with my ceaser salad. I called and asked if this is always how it’s prepared and apparently it is. Go to the one on 86th st, you actually get real Parmesan and what you pay for and not packets of Parmesan and a half filled bowl of lettuce 🙁

If I were just reviewing the food, it would be 5 stars. If I were just reviewing the service it would be 1 star. So I just split the difference here. My husband and I order from here occasionally and the food is always great. The ranch here is fantastic. I would eat it on anything. However, the service leaves much to be desired. For example, tonight we ordered delivery. Part of our order was wrong and part of it was missing. I called them to figure out what went wrong and the first person I spoke to was kind and offered to fix the problem, but then connected me to person who took my order who then told me that I must have just ordered it wrong. Really? I had people here to confirm that my order was correct but she insisted that I was wrong. I understand that they must have been busy, but when faced with a mistake they took zero responsibility, made no offer to correct things, and not even so much as a hint of an apology for the inconvenience. I understand that mistakes happen, but as someone who works in customer service, that level of defensiveness and stubbornness is a great way to lose customers.

Ordered dinner to our hotel. Left off half our order and then didn’t answer when we called to have it brought out. Left the food at our room door even though we specified waiting in lobby. Ended up hungry with a refund and so so pizza …do better

We have always enjoyed Puccini at this location, but it has been loosing quality over time. We had some issues before with the food and today was not different. We order a rosemary chicken and both plates came without the chicken! The waitress was helpful and nice addressing the issue, but the chef needs to put more effort in producing quality meals.

Ordered a warrior pizza which was great as usual. However the spaghetti dinner with meat balls and Italian sausage was horrible! There was less than 1/2 cup of noodles ( I measured) two mush meatballs I wasn’t sure were actually meat and a dried out burnt sausage. It wasn’t cheap either!!
