Ordered through door dash at 6:24. Arrived at 7:49 and not the delivery persons fault. One of the meals was wrong. It said it had pene pasta and I got spaghetti. I also did not receive my greek salad at all. It was barely luke warm. Food was mediocre at best. Will never order from here again. Worst 50 I ever spent.

Everyone in our party ordered lasagna and we were not disappointed! Big portion with lots of cheese and great tasting sauce. Comes with big dinner salad & basket of lightly toasted garlic bread. Looking forward to trying their other pasta dishes. Reasonably priced too!

This past Friday there were five of us dining in. When we were seated, there were only 4 tables (2 with 5 guests) and the other two were tables of two . We gave the server our order ( 1 appetizer , 2 salads and 4 entrees). We received our appetizer and waited 25 mins for our salad (after asking the server where it was ). We waited another 25 mins before asking where our food was , only to be told that they did not have it as an order in the kitchen and they were short staffed ( 2 pastas , 1 chicken entree and 1 medium pizza). I would normally understand but 3 tables who arrived after we did ordered and had their food already. The server blamed it on the kitchen and the register as well as a man who did not even look up to talk to us blamed it on the server. 45 mins and we had one appetizer and two salads . It is a sad day and the excuse to short staff wears thin when it does not explain why others who ordered pizza and pasta after you get it before you. None of the staff apologized or tried to make it right.

Service was terrible. Waited 25 minutes for the check. And I finally had to get the waiter to pay. You can’t say they was busy because the place is small and there was two of them. Maybe 15 to twenty total.

I ordered takeout here and had a pretty terrible experience. The girl on the phone had trouble understanding my order even though it was pretty straightforward. Then, upon pickup, they forgot an item in my order, which I only discovered after getting back to my car and checking everything. What should’ve been 2-minutes turned into 30 minutes of waiting around because they gave my item to someone else. I understand being busy on a Friday night, but I don’t think the food was worth coming back for anyway. I saw several others with long wait times for their food too.

I regularly order from this location at least several times a month, but my experience with the chef / manager has been unacceptable tonight. I ordered a pasta dish with shrimp but when came home there was clearly no shrimp and when I called about it I was told that the shrimp was diced up and therefore I cannot see it. Well, this is not the first time have had this dish . After about 15 minutes of looking around the container I decided to take it to the restaurant. When I got there the manager or chef came up and looked at it and she agreed that she messed it up but I cannot get a refund because the new system they have with much attitude. Simply the worst take out experience I have had in a long time. My sense is that she did not want to work there and I walked away feeling that I had troubled he by ordering from there. What a disappointment. A person like that would have been fired long ago by most organizations. At least I won’t be bothering her anymore .

I went to go pick up my order at the time they said it would be ready. When I arrived, they informed me they were busy and it would just be 15 more minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting, I went to check on my order and they told me it would be over an hour before my food was ready! If they had been upfront at the beginning, I wouldn’t have waited. As a door dasher, I know they are always AT LEAST a half hour behind schedule. Not worth it. The one on the north side of town never has these problems.
