Wow. That’s the first thing that came to mind after trying some of our food. The chimichangas are amazing, the Degollado is mind blowing and huge, and the margaritas are delicious. Everything is extremely fair priced. We are in the area for 3 weeks while exploring and have already visited twice within the first 6 days.

Nice out of the way drive. Only 8 miles off 90 and a great Mexican restaurant! I had chorizo cheese dip and the three flour tacos with steak and beans. This establishment serves beer and liquor too

Went with a group and we all enjoyed the food. Got the seafood burrito and it was huge, very tasty and filling 😉 The creamy coleslaw chip dip was a pleasant surprise too. If you like Mexican food, I highly recommend giving Pueblo a try.
