We are a family business originated from Florida, Guerrero a small town in Mexico. We were so taken aback with all the kind people in Cushing, that it reminds us of our sweet and cozy old town back home. Which is why we named our restaurant Pueblo Viejo, this translates to Old Town. We are so excited to open this restaurant and bring our culture to everyone around us with our delicious authentic Mexican food. Stay on the lookout for our official opening date!

Food tasted delicious….after we finally got it. The kitchen printer ran out of paper and our ticket got lost. We waited an hour for our food. Owner was apologetic. She gave us 2 free desserts, 25% off our ticket, and removed another plate because we had an issue with it. I felt like we deserved a free meal, but if she did what she felt was fair, I will accept it. The food tasted delicious and was fresh after all. Would I recommend it, definitely. We heard they scrub all the wall and all the tables and chairs every Sunday night. I’d call that clean

Was in Cushing for some sky diving and we built up our appetites. Pueblo Viejo is not lying when they say Authentic in their name. They provide so many great options especially on their Autentica menu. I love enchiladas so I had to try it three ways. All the food, including the white cheese queso, was so good. If you are in Cushing, make sure and grab a great meal here! Enjoy!

Yo, I thought I had had excellent Mexican food, but this place hands down one of the best I’ve eaten at! The Wait staff is on point fabulous and friendly, super helpful, and way awesome! I high encourage everyone in the area to try them out and see the difference! Excellent if I could give more stars I would! The fajitas are superb and the 7 mares oh my goodness perfection and I’ve had it at some high dollar restaurants and not near as good as here!

This restaurant came highly recommended, and it was a major letdown. The cashier was diffident and rude. The food I received, while well packaged, was subpar. The shredded beef is poorly cut and excessively fatty. The ground beef is absolutely horrible. I don’t know what concoction of meat and spice it is supposed to be, but it misses the mark of good cuisine by light years.The queso is comprised of some sort of poor cheese substitute rather than a homemade roux. I am glad for the success of the restaurant and those who love this place, have at it, but I will never be going to this restaurant ever again.

We love this spot. Every time we go our food is delicious. Always quick to be seated and served. They have several bathrooms which is nice for us bc we have 1 potty training. Waitstaff is very nice as well! We LOVE the highchairs here bv they have their own top!

Guacamole tasted good but had way too many tomatoes. The salsa tasted almost like ketchup,runny. I had empanadas. I requested shredded beef…it was in no way shredded steak. It was hard overcooked and without flavor. The refried beans were so runny and flavorless. It better from a can. I expected more!
